Don’t be thrown off that this store is just a kiosk! They have all the same stuff as one of Microsoft stores. I was skeptical at first because as we all remember, the cell phone revolution of the early 2000’s made mall kiosks a walking nightmare of morons with gelled hair trying to scam you into buying phone plans that still charged by the minute. Ahhh the good ol’ days.
Anyway, my fears were unfounded, and the excellent salesman, Adrian, talked me off of the ledge. I was a bit rude at first, because I can be kind of a jerk, but Adrian turned it all around. He hooked me up with a good deal, and gave me good tips, and I walked away with a new Xbox, Kinect, 3 years of protection, and a game.
I’ll definitely go back there if I need more Xbox or Microsoft stuff, and I will start of with a positive attitude. And yes, I feel bad for being rude. It was a long day, and I had just come from Best Buy. I’m sure you’ll understand.
