Purchased 3BOSE noise cancelling in ear buds about 1 year ago. One stopped working and BOSE would not correct problem. Manager stated that the warranty had expired but the product was too new for any replacement consideration??? So I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work because there’s no warranty but it’s too new for Bose to have any other consideration for correcting the problem! We are done with Bose!

Had a great experience, as to be expected. I got my $ 300 headphones replaced with a brand new pair, even though the warranty was expired! I have always had a 5-star experience while shopping here. Side-note: Can we please see some wireless in-ear headphones? When it happens, you can have more of my money.

I bought the top of the line noise canceling headphones several years ago and I am still 100% satisfied with my purchase. The employees were knowledgeable and completed my purchase fast. Highly recommend BOSE!

The sales people there are very very helpful. Ask them to set to hear the theatre setup in the back. Awesome!
