In town to get my 80 year old mother a newer smart phone. After a horrible experience at Best Buy we came here. Exceptional customer service, no pressure to change or upgrade plans. Very patient. Ended up saving us money on our plan. Ben helped us. We was very professional. He got everything transferred perfectly to new phone. I was expecting a horrible experience after Best Buy, this was a pleasurable experience. Ben, thank you so much!
