I have purchased 5 bikes from this shop for me and my family and a few friends. I would not think of going any where else. I have personally dealt with everyone in the shop and being in the customer service business I can recognize exceptional service when I see it. My grandchildren will be the next ones up for bikes from Scott and crew. Support local business they certainly support us!!!

I went here based on the Unilocal reviews and found everything to be true. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to answer all questions. I will continue to bring my bike repair/maintenance needs here.

Broadway Bicycles is run the way a local bike-shop should be. They aren’t trying to put up a front or play to the latest trends. It’s just a group of honest guys that love riding bikes of all kinds, and their service and overall attitude shows it. Before coming here, I went to a **different shop** and was flat out ignored for a solid 20 minutes(in the middle of a weekday afternoon), and when I did get some help I felt pressured. The same day I had the good luck of finding Broadway Bicycles and I can easily say they’ve made a new loyal customer. I picked up a sweet Trek Full-Suspension, but they do road bikes, fixies, bmx, commuters, kids bikes etc. Ask for Brian if you have technical questions or just want someone to talk bikes with! 10⁄10 would recommend!

Took my Airdyne to be serviced as it was making a lot of noise and just didn’t work like it was supposed to. They worked on it and now it works perfect! At a very good price! If I decided to get a bike, I’m definitely coming here.

I’ve purchased several bikes here both for myself and my family. Scott, is the manager and has been there a long time. He’s probably one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and never feels pushy to me. Buying a bike is just the first step, getting it fit properly and keeping it maintained are important as well. These guys have always gone the extra mile for me. Granted, I’ve been going there long enough that I have a relationship with the people but still if I need a quick adjustment on something they will often try and do it right then or that same day. They have been able to help me address problems like tingling hands due to bad fit and make adjustments to alleviate the problem. Like any local bike shop, they are going to more expensive than buying bikes from Target or Walmart [insert big box store name here] but the quality of what you will get is far, far better and the personal service they provide after the sale is important. Broadway Bikes does a lot with BMX bikes and mountain bikes. They do have a good road bike selection but often you’ll need them to order specific things for you in that category, especially if it’s a higher-end or more specialized product. The one thing I like with them is that if you have a problem with something they will work with you to get it resolved — whether it’s been an odd sound or clicking in the drive train or a problem with a paint job on the bike that was only discovered a month or so after buying it, they have never let me down. I highly recommend this shop but keep in mind, the level of knowledge of the employees does vary some. When in doubt about something I usually just talk with Scott and that’s my recommendation to you. They love cycling and want to share that so you’ll always find an enthusiastic crew there.

This place is Great. I have been in there many times and have always been given the right information. We purchased a new Trex bicycle, service has been great! I highly recommend this shop.

Support your local bike shop! This is a great local bike shop for us Eastsiders. I went in to see Steve to get my road bike properly fit for my upcoming triathlon. It took 2 hours and cost $ 150 but was worth every penny. He’s certified in Trek’s up to date fitting techniques and was very thorough. Don’t want to spend that type of dough to have someone measure your cleat position on your shoes? For $ 35 he’ll make sure you’re set up for optimum comfort and power on your road bike, whether you’re cruising around town or training for El tour. This store specializes in Trek but they service all brands(I have a Cannondale). They have a full-service shop which I haven’t tried yet but plan on dropping off my bike for a full tune-up and will update with my review of their service. They recently remodeled and are shifting their merchandise around, but their service is top-notch!
