We loved the smoked salmon omlette and fritattas this morning. We would go here again anyday. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast!

Best service I ever had ! Love the food and the server ! I would highly recommend the sea bass that was on the special for the evening, as well as the sever Ryan. One happy customer ! Will be back !

I went here today for lunch with my mother. We were greeted after about 1 minute and we were told to sit wherever we liked so we sat in a booth in the back near the pizza oven. I thought since we were told to sit anywhere the server knew we were there. After about 4 or 5 minutes I got up and got my own menus. I know it doesn’t seem like that much time but when you’re just sitting there waiting it seems like forever. After about 10 or so minutes we ordered, my mom got the calamari salad and I got the lunch special ½ pannini and half salad. I specifically told the server what salad I wanted and apologized for not knowing how to say the correct pronunciation in Italian, she said it was ok even for her it’s a lot to remember and then told her which pannini I wanted. When my food came it was the wrong salad so I stopped the other waitress because I knew it would be a while before our waitress came by. She told me that there is an up charge for a different salad and that’s the one it comes with. I said I didn’t care about the up charge I would like the salad I ordered. After a few minutes our server came over and apologized because she said she didn’t know I wanted that salad. Which I find odd because we had a conversation about it. At this point i Still wasn’t told by my server about the upcharge for the different salad. And I wasn’t told until I saw it on my bill. I’m in the service industry and that isn’t something you do. You let your guests know of any upcharges. I understand you make mistakes and that’s not my point, I should have been told about the extra $ 3 for a different salad. The food was excellent as well as the atmosphere, the service was terrible. I might be back.

This is the best Italian food I’ve had outside of Italy. It’s the kind of place I could go every single day, because the food is amazing, affordable and varying. The service was fast and friendly, and ambiance is nice without being pretentious. I wish I lived here simply for this restaurant.

The service was pretty good and the waitresses were all very nice. I definitely like the fact that their teas are unsweetened. I tried their caprese salad and it was a pretty generous portion and not too acidic. I also liked the presentation of the food. It was really good that they also have gluten free options for certain pastas. Overall, good experience and liked the ambience.

This little restaurant has GROWN-​UP! They really did a beautiful remodel… GREAT food, service, and modern tasteful cuisine, inside and on the expanded patio. If you haven’t been there since the expansion… GO…You will be impressed. Pizza was light and tasty, nice wine selection.

The food was good and the atmosphere was good. Just the right amount of food. No rolls, no salad so your appetite doesn’t get ruined. I had the gnocchi which was excellent. The waitress was nice, the door greater who also happend to be the bartender was kind of rude.

Service was terrible. Our waiter came by once in 1.5 hours. I heard about the specials from the waitress speaking at the next table over but our waiter told us about none.
Talk about overpriced — three shrimp to scallops with some rice for $ 23. I say rice because the risotto was nothing special. The wait time was also terrible.
This restaurant need some serious management. I could tell within five minutes that they were short by 2 to 3 waiters and two cooks. Who runs this place?

Always have great service and great food. I think their pasta is excellent and always so fresh.
Great wine menu and bar. Ambience is really nice and everyone is always friendly.
Always have a variety of specials and some nights have great wine deals. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic meal here years ago and still think about it and can’t wait to be back. Friendly, family owned place making spectacular dishes. Wish we were closer.

We go to Torino a couple of times/​year and have normally enjoyed it. We were last there right after their remodeling and addition of the pizza oven, and were terribly disappointed so we hadn’t been back in a while. Went last night to see if they’ve worked the kinks out, and I am pleased to say they have.
According to the diner that ordered the veal picatta, it was the best restaurant meal he had in Tucson for some time. The pizzas were both excellent: the crust was crispy on the edges with a good chew. The toppings on the sausage pizza were generous and flavorful, those on the anchovy/​caper pizza not quite so much — you can never have enough anchovies on pizza!
The service was attentive, though the description of the daily specials a little long-​winded.
A little bit spendy for what you get, but we are always willing to pay a little extra if the food is worth it and this was.

The service was great and the refills were plentiful.
3 stars for the lasagna, which was mostly cheese. I prefer more pasta.
The seafood alfredo was amazing. There was good ambiance. I’ll have to come back to try the desserts.

Good service good food and the Ambience was awesome. Great place for children with the kids menu service was very good minus is getting a plate of food late but they made up for that with a free dessert. The food was kind of pricey and portions were plentiful. They had a great bar and outdoor seating. The food was superb

We went to Caffe Torino a few weeks back to celebrate my husband’s promotion. We went with my In-​laws and 2 year old son and sat on the patio. First of all the staff was so accommodating to our son who was not his happy self when we arrived. Nash was a pleasant and funny server, and was helpful in recommending dishes, all the dishes sounded delicious! We ordered the lasagna, scallops and pasta, and some fish dish… DELICIOUS AND FRESH! We have all been to Italy (my In-​laws have been numerous times), and we all felt that this restaurant comes the closest to authentic Italian cuisine. The desserts were amazing too. And I can’t forget the focaccia bread… Amazing! This restaurant will be our Go-​To Italian restaurant!

Called with very short notice last night and they were able to squeeze in our group (4 adults and 4 kids). Service was fantastic (the bartender who hooked the kids up with Shirley Temples upon arrival, as well as Nash who very attentive and kept us well fed and watered). The food was equally amazing. The servers have lots of personality and everyone seems to be really enjoying their jobs. Incredibly picky husband who is very hard to please wants to return tomorrow for his birthday dinner. Highly recommend.

You can’t go wrong here. Everything we had was delicious. We will make this one of our regular places.

We ate here on a busy Saturday night. We did not have reservations however we were seated right away. We were greeted by fast and friendly employees and upon being seated our drink order was taken and the bread was on the table.
Our favorite thing was the stuffed chicken dish. The bread was outstanding. We were not in the mood for any wine so we went with the iced teas and they were very unique and tasted very good (reminded me of an earl Grey tasting tea).
I could see how they got such a good review in last years Arizona Highways magazine. The food and service here is good. Our drink glasses never went empty and our bread was replaced every time the basket went low.

Owner in the front of the house and the other owner minding the stove in the back of the house. How can you go wrong? Great vibe, daily specials and the food rocks. I had mussels with red sauce to start followed by a delicious lamb shank with risotto and crisp veggies. Let’s be honest, there are not a lot of options for good restaurants (Italian or otherwise) in the northwest quadrant of Tucson. This one is great.

My husband and I visit Café Torino at least two times per week, most often at lunchtime and for Sunday Brunch. I have never had a meal that was not superbly prepared. Tonight we had a fantastic meal. I had their lamb chops which were done to perfection with the creamy mushroom risotto and my husband had their flatiron steak which he said was better than the filets he has at Flemmings. Unfortunately we did not have room for the crème brûlée which is always done perfectly.

A friend and I came here for lunch– when we entered the café it was not overly crowded, but no one came out to greet us. We stood around for a bit not knowing if we should seat ourselves or not– one lady was at the counter ignored us… a bit odd. Another server came and told us to sit where we’d like and from this point on we had great service.
We ordered the talapia with linguine and lemon and caper sauce as well as the salad Nicolse. They were both very reasonably priced at 12.00 $. No issues with the food except I will say that the pasta was a bit aldente to the point where it was somewhat difficult to wind up. Flavor was excellent and the caper/​lemon sauce was perfect. The fish was cooked very well, but there was a little bloodline left in which gave off a rather fishy taste. Otherwise, a very good meal. I would come back again to try some of their other options.
