Carl’s Jr.

This place is a mess! Poorly ran by management and extremely poor customer service. That people that work there in the afternoons have no idea how to treat there customers. Came in with a coupon for a free small fries and ordered another $ 1 item off of the menu. Was charged $ 1.62 for a $ 1 item. When I brought it to the employees attention (not asking for a refund but to just inform them so the next customer is not over charged) she rolled her eyes at me and argued with me. When you walk into not the restaurant there is dirty towels on the front counter, 90% of the tables are dirty, floors are dirty and it smells like dirty mop water… and if you order inside you are not important. Waited 10 minutes for 1 order of 4 chicken stars. There are several other places to eat near this location. I would encourage you to go somewhere else if you like a clean establishment and good service

So, the food is typical Carl’s Jr. Service on the other hand is the slowest in Tucson. The one plus of this location is if you go inside to eat you will most likely be the only one sitting in the place.

They are out of absolutely everything on the menu except fries and spicy chicken. Wtf Carl? This is my first and last time coming here. What a joke

Decided to swing by for a bite after work and was shocked how friendly the cashier was! Compared to the tall skinny man who was very rude to my friends and I on our last visit, Rosa was very sweet, very quick, and very accurate. I will definitely be back when she’s around. ¡Gracias Rosa!

I have both good and bad things to say about this Carl’s Jr. I’ll start with the bad first. I’m not being mean, but the people who take the drive-​thru orders can barely speak English. It makes it very, very hard on both customer and employee. The fries, onion rings, anything fried is always smelling and tasting of old, rancid, overused oil. Completely inedible, every visit. The employees never smile or say thank you. Now for the good. The burgers are always good, prepared exactly as described. Well, let’s say they’re the best you’re likely to find in a frozen patty, fast food burger place. The milkshakes are also very good. However, what is a good burger and shake without good fries or onion rings? Hence 2 stars.

Food is always consistent and hot, only complaint is the drive-​thru is soooooo slowwwww.

Disgusting bathroom and annoying up-​selling technique. I fell for the annoying up-​selling technique of only asking whether you want «medium or large» and took the medium, which lopped $ 2.50 onto my costs. I really only wanted a small soda and fries, so frankly I felt duped. (I know, I know… I wasn’t paying close attention)
Then there’s the men’s room. Absolutely disgusting with poop all over both toilets and a piss filled and STINKY urinal. I just washed my hands, which I considered skipping since the whole bathroom was so filthy, and left. I waited to get home to pee. I’ll never walk in that place again.

i stop by two use some coupon that came in the mail, Iorder bacon Swiss sandwich. i went home only to find out the put chicken strips in my sandwich instead of the actual chicken patty. when i returned the dumb manager tells me that the sandwich is made that way and that there is no chicken patty i just ask for the manager and ask for my money back which they refused to give me avoid these place i know i will.

If you like CJ this is a good location… Food is good/​clean inside is kept fairly clean for a fast food place, I’m not much of a fast food person unless it’s in-​n-​out or I’m wicked drunk McDonalds at 2 am.
