They have an awesome barbecue service! They will barbecue for you on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can buy the meat inside and then take the meat to the stand right in front of the shop. They offer tons of choices of meat and the price is more than fair. We had their barbecue and corn tortillas with salsa, it was so delicious!

Their house made corn tortillas, fresh out of the oven, are fantastic! Best corn tortillas ever.

It is a carniceria so in theory it should bother me that this place kind of smells and is over stocked with items falling off the shelves but this place is a little excessive. The meat they sell there is really good though and that is why I give it three stars and not less.

I go here to buy meet when I feel like grilling but today the guys forgot to season my meat, they will usually add a pre season mix to your batch of meat after they weight it out, but I forgot to ask since I was in a hurry. I also bought what I thought to be a side of pre made guacamole but it tasted like water, really bad. I hope the next time will be better.

It is tiny and they did not seem to speak English, besides a young guy behind the counter, but who cares!!! They had the most delicious Carne Al Pastor that I have ever hand, hands down, the best. 5−4−3−2−1BOOM! Flavor bomb in my mouth. I cooked it stove top and added a ton of pineapple and topped it with cilantro. The meat was marinated to perfection, it was so flavorful, and the meat was not fatty, which is great. I purchased La Noria tortillas, which were also great. I also got 4 of those yellow wax peppers to stuff with cheese and wrap with bacon. They have limited produce, but they do have some like the wax peppers and cilantro. I also picked up the green avocado based salsa, which is bland, but it can cool your mouth down, I just would have liked a bit of lime or cilantro in there. They also have 4 ft. tall pinatas of Elmo and the like. All I know is that I went yesterday and bought a pound and a half of Al Pastor and I was dying to go back today and buy more. It is THAT good.(The 4 dollar price tag, does not hurt a bit either) UGH! I have to get back here ASAP for some Al Pastor, and if you are wise, you should be heading here too! 5 dollar minimum credit/debit purchase.

this was my first experience with a carniceria. my friend brought me here when she wanted to buy some carne asada and pollo asada to grill. they have a large meat case and lots of different things to choose from. they also have a variety of tortillas, but my friend claims that the store brand la noria is the best. there is a small section of vegetables and a few aisles with other ethnic foods and just convenience items. the service was friendly and helpful and the carne and pollo turned out delicious!

La Noria’s marinated chicken and carne asada are our staple food for groups of people. In fact, we are on our way there today to buy both to feed the extended family when we travel to Arizona City later today for our Good Friday grilling get together. The chicken & steak gets gobbled up quickly so you’d better be on your toes and get your plate before it’s all gone!

Fab, friendly and so affordable. They clearly take pride in their products — meat is prepped with marinade, green onions and ready to either throw on your own grill or have it grilled there. Avocados, cilantro, limes, whatever else you might need is on hand and for reaonable prices — i.e. .99 for a large, perfectly ripe avocado.

So cheap, yet good quality, and if you come on the weekend they’ll even cook it for you! What’s not to like? I usually get the diezmillo with marinade(included for free) on some weekends with tortillas and have them cook it all outside for a perfect weekend treat, but you can’t go wrong with any of their meats and the tortilla selection is great too. Only knock is that it is a small store so the salsa, guacamole, and other add-ins are limited. But for just a carniceria I cannot recommend it more, especially on a weekend where the guy who cooks it just works on tips so it’s even cheaper than fast food, but tastes better than most restaurants!

a friend told me abour La Noria and said they have excelent chorizo. With some skepticism i went. Bought some,(pork and beef mixed together), fell in love with it. it is the best chorizo in the north/northwest side of town. Now i don, t have to go to the southside. I think it’s just as good or better the southside. excellent flavor, not greasy, you may even have to add some oil. thanks for the tip about them cooking your meat for you. No one else in town would even think of doing this service tor you

Absolutely the best carne asada. EVER. It melts in your mouth. It is a heavenly experience. Buy a few pounds, heat up the grill and amaze your friends. I am drooling just thinking about it.
