Carol A McGonigle, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. McGonigle since 2001 and have only the best things to say about her practice. I will admit that her fees are slightly higher than other dentists in town and other dentists I have used but after a lifetime of trying other dentists I am ready to say you get what you pay for. Your teeth are not the place to try to save 20%. I am still dealing with a botched root canal that a bad dentist did for me 20 years ago, whereas the rest of my teeth are generally quite healthy. Her commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest research is admirable.

I’ve been a patient for years. Dr. McGonigle and her staff are professional, the work is excellent, the concern for the patient is genuine, and the whole office pitches in to get the patient the care needed.

I recently moved back to Tucson and needed a new dentist. I found great reviews of Dr. McGonigle on Angie’s List so decided to give her a try. From start to finish it was a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to get in the chair. I was there for a checkup and cleaning. The hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning I think I’ve ever had and Dr. M’s checkup was also extremely thorough. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I was in the chair almost two hours, not because I had any problems, simply because that’s how thorough they are– and I didn’t even have X-​rays done. Sadly, I’m unable to return because I had to switch plans and they don’t accept my new one. But for anyone seeking top-​of-​the-​line dental care with an awesome staff and environment, this is the place to go. Oh, I almost forgot– they give you a fresh-​baked chocolate chip cookie on your way out. Nice touch.
