Funny enough, I was going to start my review of this Circle K with almost the identical sentence as Elsbeth P. started hers with. This Circle K can definitely be sketchy. I’ve seen some really interesting behavior, including people yelling while pumping their gas. I’m not sure *who* they were yelling at, I didn’t see anyone else around, but there was yelling occurring. Other sketchy clientele can also be seen at this location pretty frequently. I generally try to stay out of everyone’s way, because I just don’t feel very comfortable here sometimes. The inside of the store is usually a bit dirty. The floors by the soda fountains always seem to be sticky and gross. It seems like they’re always low on cups or completely out of cups when I run in for a drink, too. They have a good selection of flavors on their fountain, though, which I really like. They do have a good selection of those frozen Slurpee-like drinks(they’re not called Slurpees, that’s a 7 – 11 thing), too. They’re pretty good on hot days! Sure, they’re sugar bombs, but they’re tasty and refreshing! The staff is usually ok. The gas prices seem to be about average for the area for the most part. The location is convenient for that part of town, which is the biggest reason we go here. As long as you watch your surroundings a bit, it’s an average-ish Circle K. I’ve definitely been in worse.

Tried to get my daughter lunch on the fly today and what a MESS! We opened the chips for the nachos… NOCHEESE! OK, hotdog it is… tongs to grab the dog was DISGUSTING! It was incrusted with old ketchup etc. We tried putting mustard on it and the dispensers were so filthy and uncared for, mustard sprayed all over us! This location could use a visit from the Health Department!(wink, wink) Every time I visit this Circle K I am reminded why I shop at QT!

Not gonna lie– this Circle K can be sketchy. It’s at a busy intersection(Golf Links and Harrison) and can attract an interesting crowd. This is NOT one of those convenience stores where you would leave the car running while you went in to get milk. They do have a RedBox out front and sometimes on Sundays, a nice cowboy sets up his kettlecorn stand in the parking lot.
