I’m used to buying glass where if you’re not careful the edges will cut you bad. This is my first time purchasing here and, w/​o asking, all the edges were ground down so there’s no possibility of getting cut. None! Order for one piece of glass was filled while I waited and it was bound to cardboard for safe transportation. Definitely my go-​to place for sheet glass from here on.

Turn around time was really quick on the free estimate. It did take a week to get the window but I called other company’s and they were two to three weeks just to get an a measurement. So I guess I can say I am pleased with the final install.

Came 7.5 hours late, without elementary business courtesy of notification of running late !! Made appointment for 8 am, turned up at 330pm !! I gave twice complete details of job over phone yet took one look at my window and said they do not do such jobs. Could have just said that over phone and save myself and themselves a lot of hassle. Incompetent and very unreliable.

Went here several years ago for a small project.
The customer service isn’t the best but it’s not terrible either.
The work that was done was done well and the price was reasonable. I would probably go here again if needed.
It’s hard to base a business after working with them only once, since I don’t know how they’d be long term, but the one time I used them, I was satisfied with their service.
