I’ve been coming here for a long time now, and I’ve never had a bad experience! I order the Italian Special on Italian bread, and it’s always delicious! They have the best bread compared to all the other sub shops in town. I can’t really describe it, so you just have to try it. It’s really, really good. Even the wheat! Another reason I’m giving this place five stars is because I remember coming here last year in August when I was having a really bad day. After the girl told me my total, it took me for what felt like forever to find the correct change to give her. I apologized for taking so long, telling her that I couldn’t even think straight because I was having such a bad day. She assured me that it was okay. Anyway, she told me to feel better when I left, and when I got home, I noticed she had thrown a cookie in the bag and wrote«Have a better day! :-)» on the wrapper of my sandwich. It’s amazing how a little kindness can go a long way. We need more people like this in the world!

Horrid customer service. I walked up to the register today and waited for about 5 minutes because the employees were no where in sight. I ordered a turkey sandwich I asked if I could substitute mayo for vinegar and they said yes but once my sandwich came it was with out vinegar. I asked for a water cup because I do not drink soda and I was denied even though they have a sign right on there machine that says the provide water cups to customers. The quality of the bread was nasty and the sandwich looked like blah when you get it. Needless to say I will never return, it’s unfortunate that the only sub place in the food court has terrible service. You’re better off going to Panda Express or sbarro you’ll be much happier

I’m so thrilled to find out there is a Cousin’s Subs in Tucson! Cousin’s is by far my favorite sub shop in the universe. Nothing compares. Their whole«better bread better subs» thing is gospel truth for me. I recommend going with the original italian bread for most sandwiches. It has cornmeal on the bottom, and it’s the kind of real bread that is slightly crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. Bread isn’t meant to be a big chewy globule. Also, some reviewers on here seem to be quite piqued at the service they received. It’s a sad day when the reverence deserved by such a czar of quality and good taste is not properly administered. Sorry Big Papa. I’m sure you are really extra special and so are your very special monies. However, for me and my friends, the service was beyond friendly and the sandwiches were remarkably good. Thanks, Ashley, for being fun to talk to and for your tip to open the chips from the bottom so all the flavors are well-distributed. And thanks, Cousin’s, for showing Tucson a good subtime!

It is amazing to me how $ 1.00 can affect your business. On Sunday October 21,2012 I took my family of four to the Foothills mall as we do almost every Sunday. I had the unfortunate experience to come across one of your employees with the last name of Schmidt at about 11:00. She is easily recognizable with unattractive face piercings, but more importantly a very unattractive public attitude. We normally eat at the Cousins Sub shop there every Sunday, but never again. I am also a member of the Lions, as well as several other local organizations and I promise to relay this poor public service to everyone I come in contact. My business is generated around the general public as an Insurance broker. I have an A+ rating with the BBB so I know of where I speak. Look at this site: insurance-senior-productslketcham-and-associates-insurance-group-in-tucson-az– 20025311 I had two coupons to use at the Cousins in the mall. One coupon was buy two subs get one sub free. The other was buy one and get $ 1.00 off the second. I was clear that I could easily use one coupon, and then send my wife to use the other as a separate transaction thus taking advantage of both coupons. The young lady«Schmidt» did not allow me to use both coupons in either instance and was rude beyond my understanding. It appears the only power this individual has is her position to say no to a very simple matter that ultimately will cost you not just my businesses, but the business of those in my immediate circle. $ 1.00 has cost you ultimately thousands of dollars, I promise.
