This place has always been a favorite of mine, until about 6 months ago my husband and I have given them 3 more chances in the past couple of months they failed all 3 times Food was cold or sat under there heater too long! We love the atmosphere but come on its Not hard in 2016 to keep your Damn food hot! Sadly never returning again! Get it together!

So much food for your money and great, friendly service. Love it for home cooked southern style food.

A family style chain restaurant. Standard menu at all locations. We had a pretty decent dinner with the family. Chicken and dumplings wasn’t exactly what I expected, but tasted fine. The store in front is dangerous as the wife loves to shop. At least the prices there are reasonable.

Food is great. Bought a beautiful Rocking chair for my son for Christmas. Server was kinda rude.

Sweet tea was good, but not enough ice. Soups were cold(all around the table and both kinds). My dinner obviously sat under a warmer for a while as it had a skin on the gravy and the outer edge of the mashed potatoes was hard. Mashed potatoes had chunks of crunchy, undercooked potatoes. Country fried steak had so much gristle it was inedible. Corn bread was dried out and nasty. Surprisingly mac and cheese was good. First and last time and a cracker barrel for me.

Some of the friendliest waitstaff in town. Mushroom pot roast was delicious. The buttermilk biscuits, as always, are yummy. The catfish platter was just okay, won’t order that again. The kids meals came with a drink and the portions were just the right size for a 6&8 year old. And on a side note, love the gift shop. Got two princess Halloween dresses at 25% off and they came with the crinoline skirts sewn in! Better pricing than Costco and Walmart. Love the gift shop.

My family and I visited Cracker Barrel on a Saturday night. We were happy to hear that they didn’t close until 11pm, considering we got a late start. Upon arrival we entered through the store. Amazing ambience and there’s a whole lot of cool things to check out. I didn’t intend to buying anything. However, I found a bunch of goodies I liked, so I had to make a few purchases. I love the old school feel in Cracker Barrel. The decorations are very detailed, and give you a perfect down home feel. As for the food. Wow, Amazing! Good size portions and the lemonade is so good. The staff is very friendly and don’t come off like they’re just acting. The service is A+ and the food comes pretty fast. I will definitely be a regular from here on out.

Been here once or twice. Food is better, but not great. I think the store is my favorite part… Wont ever be back to any Cracker Barrel…(maybe for a box of old fashioned lemon coolers in the store)

It’s a shame there’s only one location in Tucson, really. The food here is pretty good. I’m a fan of their breakfast menu, the chicken fried chicken and the shrimp platter. What I’m really a fan of however, is the country store! Where else can you find such an assortment of vintage candies, such as Clark Bars, Sky Bar, Mallow Cup, Zagnut, and the like? Plus, the seasonal stuff is nice to look at, too. It’s kinda fun to visit around the holidays and look at their decorations.

It was my first time at Cracker Barrel and, I have to admit, it was love at first sight! I enjoyed browsing in the gift shop. I got the strawberry lemonade which had the perfect degree of sweetness. I also ordered the farm raised catfish platter and my verdict is guilty… guilty for being soft, savory and perfectly tangy! I also liked the cozy atmosphere and the airy front porch.

Service was excellent this evening. We love the Cracker Barrel. Played Christian music in the background. Combine that with the good food and they’ll keep us coming back.

Food was delicious. Ordered and blinked and food was on the table. Ordered the Triple Berry French Toast and it melted in my mouth. Also ordered Chicken & Rice with carrots. Delicious flavor. Servers all have smiles on their faces. Very friendly & helpful. Gift shop has everything. Very cute Christmas ornaments that are already discounted 25%.

We have eaten at this location several times. The staff is usually friendly and pretty good on the customer service. This is a pretty busy place but worth the wait. The food is very southern and it you want a meal with fried okra, fried apples, and biscuits with apple butter this is the place! They have both white and brown gravy. I have been here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The portions are large. The food is tasty. I only have one problem with this place. They really need to remove a few of the racks in the store/gift shop. It is really tight trying to enter the restaurant with all the stuff in the way. I have been to this location with my 80 year old mom and her walker. It was a big problem.

I want more! This place is good but the portion sizes are nothing like the south. In the south the plate is always to small for the meal! I was kinda disappointed when I didn’t have to ask for a doggy bag. Leftovers are my favorite part of eating out! Besides the size, this place offers a variety of yummy southern meals. I had the fried catfish– u really can’t go wrong with fried fish. I will definitely be back for some more home style cooking.

Cracker Barrel is good old homestyle cooking. I have only ever done breakfast here — never had a bad one. My favorite — the Pecan Pancakes. The hashbrown casserole is fantastic, and they have the good hearty cut type bacon not the paper thin type strips. This is not healthy eating by any means, and is stick to your ribs type food.

I cannot begin to described the horrible service at this location. CB’s are a food chain, a chain restaurant. Meaning, don’t expect much as far as food is concerned. However, you should expect a decent server. Not the case for this location. We happen to get the most unfriendly, and grouchy server available. I absolutely thought it was a joke, a reality TV show and was expecting the producer to pop in and say«gotcha.» Hell no, this server had numerous stars on her collar indicating she was a «lead.» I won’t get into details as this review would never end. However, i will say the manager witnessed it for himself and deducted 50% of the entire bill and that was for 7 people.

Disappointed! I flew 1 hour and drove 30 minutes to finally taste Cracker Barrel as we don’t have it in Las Vegas. I thought I ordered a pancake combo, I received a biscuit combo. I notified the waitress, who could care less. She left me with the plate full of biscuits, and happily charged me for the pancakes I originally wanted. Besides that — I don’t think Cracker Barrel is all the special. Very similar to IHOP or Denny’s. Cheap prices and a diner environment. Definitely not worth the hype. The pancakes were so-so. I guess that’s one of their staple items, and they tasted like something I could make from a box. I will say that their biscuits are awesome. warm, flakey, buttery, perfection. I guess I would go again if I was near one and had a coupon. Not this location though. Awful service.

Chicken n dumplings tonight. There sure are days where this restaurant is like eating at home. It can be noisy and crazy. Other instances it’s quite and comforting. Their homestyle cooking, is the opposite of healthy eating. This year has lead to a change in the menu. My husband noticed the low carb sections are no longer listed in one area. They also have a feature of multiple healthy side dishes. So Cracker Barrel will try it’s best to add some healthy dishes to a basically comfort food establishment; meaning you can have the cucumber/tomato salad with your dinner and follow that up with coca cola cake topped with a scoop of vanilla blue bell ice cream and sweet tea. Then pick up two bags of sweets on the way out along with a Christmas ornament or Dolly Parton’s latest CD.
