We had a family night for some wings and drinks with friends and kids. We saw the server 3 times in about 2 hours. The food and drinks have completely been over priced. You have to get there on a night that they offer discounts to make it even a reasonable price. I spent over $ 120 on a family of 5. My wife said we could go to Red Lobster for the same price. I love the laid back atmosphere but I would assume the server would not be. I always leave a hefty tip to those that work hard and deserve it. She did not.

This place sucks! 2nd worse service I have ever had. Waited about 40minutes for my beer and my friend waited 1 hour. My table waited over 2 hours for our food which was served freezing cold. My wifes margarita did not even have tequila in it. They also forgot our appetizer on top of it. The manager did not even help. The best they would do is 20 percent off when they should not have charged anyone at our table a dollar. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Also if your waitresses name is Cassie I recommend you leave.

This place sucks. Was seated by the host but the waitress never came by. They(servers) were lollygagging, and 30 mins later the Manager came over to take our order. They still took forever, and we just asked for our bill. 15 bucks for three beers. They didn’t even care. Told him, «and that’s why I prefer Native New Yorker».

Happy Hour here is great! Ordered the wings, two beers, fries, and fried pickles and paid around $ 25. Not bad for the food. My favorite thing from the menu are the fried pickles. They’re probably the best I’ve tried outside of Texas. The wings are on the greasy side, but are good. Servers here are pretty good at getting refills and getting the order correct. Definitely a great place for wings and Happy Hour.

We went to this Hooters on a recent Sunday afternoon. We ordered snow crab legs as an appetizer as we usually do. The orders came out rather small but, before she sat them down, our server explained the problem and stated that she would bring out more to make up the difference. Shortly thereafter Jessica brought out a huge plate with more than two servings on it and our eyes lit up! With those consumed we argued with our stomachs and won, ordering two helpings of wings. We let Jessica know that we were going to need to-go boxes for some of them because of the generous helping of crab legs! Kudos to the management of this store and our server for making our experience very enjoyable. I have eaten at a lot of Hooters before and this one ranks in the top 5%!

Horrible food, fried fish was soggy. Burgers bland, fries cold… I never give a bad review but… Also the waitress failed to tell us about happy hour specials and charged us $ 19.99 for 20 wings instead of telling us it was happy hour and we could get 10 wings for $ 6.99! Also charged .59 cents for EACH ranch and Bbq sauce. Who does that? Not coming back, used to be sooooo good

Stopped here a couple of times. This Hooters has a large covered outside patio and is very dog friendly. Obviously some of the girls are dog owners themselves. I always order the mahi sandwich when I come here and the quality and portion served have always been excellent. I also have had pretty good luck with the buffalo shrimp. They know how to make 911 sauce here properly and consistently. It is amazing how many Hooters don’t serve 911 sauce correctly. Probably to save money. I believe this is a franchised location which would explain why it has better food and service than many of the corporate locations which can be down right terrible. This place seems to be well managed. The servers are hit and miss here but there are a couple of them that stand out. Definitely one of the better locations for this chain.

I come here once and awhile, food is consistently good. Tonight, was the second time that(I can recall), that Vanessa was my server. It’s a Saturday, and I’m forgiving that’s it’s kind of busy, but this girl is consistently rude. It took me asking the manager to send our server over after atleast a 15 min wait and I was still totally cool about it when she finally came to our table. He sent another girl over in the meantime to take our order and I wishhhhh she would have remained my waitress. Had I seen the manager a second time, I would have requested her permanently. Vanessa was short and she would ask us if everything was fine and would turn and start walking away before we were done talking to her. It was frustrating to say the least. I remained calm and didn’t make a scene out of respect for my boyfriend but this type of service is unacceptable. She told us she would get our bill and instead went and sat in the corner with the skinny girl with glasses, over by the soda machine and talked until the kitchen called for«Danielle» really loud, then tgey scattered like roaches and finally scurried over with the bill. I’m a great tipper, to those who treat me well. She got $ 2 and she’s lucky she got that! I’m too nice to leave her nothing like she deserved! Wings were good as always! Service was ok not great. Only bad thing was that my BF’s coworker had won a free 100 wings but we had to eat them ALL in one sitting. Wouldn’t have been so bad if we had more people to help out.

Awesome fish sandwich w fries for $ 10.99. Hand battered then deep fried. They use a hoagie roll not a bun. Fish portion sticks out both ends. Ate half for lunch and brought rest home. Fish n chip platters appear to be a similar large portion sliced in two pieces. Wife had great deep fried hot coated wings.

First time trying their all you can eat wings for lunch. Probably the best time, since you didn’t have to wait forever for them. The wings are no longer whole wings. They are cut down just like everyone else. Overall the service and food was good.

Hooters is bad ass. In the era of Bdubs worship, it’s nice to go into some strip-mall Hooters and make mistakes with your closest friends. I just ate a lot of wings/fries/moz sticks. If you don’t hear from me– tell my family I love them.

Let me just say the first time we went here it was the worst experience of my life. We wanted to sit outside so the kids would not disturb people. the girl sitting us became confused when we requested to sit outside and forgot to grab any menus or any type of place setting and just sent us outside. We then, got one server who came up to us and asked if we were served we stated we were not and she walked away. Another server came to us asked if we were served we stated no, another lady asked the same thing but walked away she said okay, one moment and also walked away. We SAT there for about 10 minutes with no one coming to us. finally I became frustrated, as our children were hungry, and went inside. we found the manager who is very prompt and she was very nice and apologized profusely. When it was time to get our food the same thing happened the girl went to get our food came back with nothing she said let me check and disappeared. Another girl been came and we told her we needed our food she left and disappeared the manager finally came with our food half an hour after asking the same questions. when Initially ordering for our son the girl stated that kids meals were free, today, but for $ 2 we could get a frisbee that was served as the plate for the food. so we decided to purchase the $ 2 frisbee. But once we receive our bill it showed the full charge for the meal plus the cost of the frisbee. Advise the server of the mistake she became confused and advice you would look for the manager. About 10 minutes later the manager came out with the correct amount on the receipt. We were probably there about 2 hours just dealing with the situation, alone. The second time we went it was much smoother. The server was prompt understood what we were asking and got our food quickly. She also refilled our drinks without us asking. We have used the order system for hooters through bed roxx, several other time, which was quick except for the one time the phone was broken. my husband had to call with his cell phone and placed on hold for 5 minutes before he hung up and called back.

Packed! I happened to come, unaware, during some sort of sporting event. The service was pretty terrible, but that could have been because they were super busy. The food was actually better than I expected. I had a fresh salad, but there wasn’t a big variety to choose from. Sorry, Hooters, I won’t be back unless I have to.

Food is ok, your typical Hooters food. The all you can eat wings for $ 10 is always one of my favorites with about a dozen or so flavors and heat levels. They also delivery food to Bedroxx, the bowling lanes in the same building.

Hands down the worst hooters I have ever been to. I sat at the bar and I was able to see the kitchen as it was right in front of me. Disgusting the place was filthy and the both the plate and glass of iced tea had soap suds which I requested new ones. But the cook needed a shower, the girls where very snobby and didn’t seem they wanted to bother working. I ordered my food, and I was so turned off I left. Without eating. Gross.

Went there on a Sunday an hour before they closed… Food was good and the waitresses were very good and friendly. A lot nicer then I would be at that time. Lol I had the fish n chips… I know, WHAT? But it wasn’t bad. The fish was cooked just right but kinda flat in flavor. Fries are always the bomb. We had a big plate of wings in the middle and they rocked too

I don’t even know what to say. I guess I’m missing something– I went to this location last night, and of course I don’t expect anything specialty or great, but the experience(besides my rad company), was lackluster and just kind of gross. First, I tried ordering food that wasn’t typical for the place– like a grilled chicken breast and veggies… then my company suggested the grilled fish. I asked the waitress what kind of fish it was and how it was cooked and she looked at me, scared almost, and said«huh, uh, I have no idea.» Okay, okay. it’s Hooters! I just smiled and ordered the fish and a side veggie of whatever they had. No veggies. None. At all. Celery? yes. But I don’t think that counts as an actual food. My drink came, and was flat and gross… followed by a super greasy, but good tasting fish. It was a very thin filet, with a great seared side, but whatever they cooked it in, made the«Hooter’s paper» that lined the plate all wet and stick to my food. Gross. I ate it. I was still starving– didn’t see the waitress for the rest of the evening, except for when she brought our check. Holy SHITE! $ 14 and change for a grease fish, handful of fries, and flat drink. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, unless I’m begging them to borrow a Hooter’s gal uniform for Halloween… which, they’ll turn down– so I guess I won’t be back. Oh yeah– the white tile, dingy, 90’s era underground NYC club bathrooms scared me too. I thought about checking the toilet tank for heroin, or something equally dirty. No. Don’t go. Native New Yorker has amazing wings, and at least the service is decent.

This place is great. It’s close to my house and a great place to meet up with friends and bikers. I came here last night for the all you can eat wings for $ 10. You can’t beat that and the wings size are pretty decent too. They are not small haha. I got to try 3 sauces, Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic and Medium Classic. I always order my wings naked with the sauce on the side and they actually were able to give that to me especially seeing how swamped and busy they were. I have to give it to our waitress though, Sarah, she really worked hard and was all over the place. I understand with all the hectic tables and service it would have drove me insane but she was still able to keep her insanity and tend to us whenever she could. She deserved a good tip. Aside from that the flavors were pretty darn delish. I enjoyed the flavors I ordered. I enjoyed it here and may be coming here more often now. :)

Stopped here for the wings, beer, and watch the football game. Service was great, but then again it was early and the restaurant was relatively slow. Three very attractive and friendly waitresses along with one gorgeous bartender readily handled the two dozen or so patrons. I went with«Hot» regular wings, an order of Daytona naked wings, and experimented with Buffalo shrimp(spicy garlic). All were delicious, but just a tad milder than I was expecting. Television quality and placement were both good so this is a great locale for watching sporting events. On the downside, the place is easy to spot from the freeway, but difficult to find on Ina Road. If you turn in where the sign is located, you’re about 25 yards too far west. Turn south at the first street to the east and you should spot it soon enough. Parking sucks, but I was there early so it wasn’t a problem. In the words of the immortal Arnold Schwarzenegger — «I’ll be baack!»

The 911 wings«naked» style are awesome, as are the fried pickles and buffalo shrimp. I am also a big fan of the Hooter’s Shooter which is an oyster in a shot glass filled with beer, and cocktail sauce!!! You get to keep the Hooter’s shot glass as well.

I’m(maybe insanely) giving this place four stars for a few reasons: 1. As Hooters restaurants go, this is the best one I have been in. 2. The waitresses here were pretty, so the staff must’ve changed since Andre’s 4⁄2011 review. But more importantly, they were nice and gave good service. 3. Included in that service were happy birthday wishes to my 18 year old nephew who selected this place for his birthday dinner. The waitresses did a Hooters Hokey Pokey with him and it was a nice touch. 4. The food was reasonably decent. We were there on a slow Tuesday night with rainy weather. The place would be more fun during a sports events — a load of TV’s there. It’s hard to find the entrance as there are no street lights in the area and the place is set back off the road a bit. Worth a try if you’re in a Hooters kind of mood or looking for a place to watch sports.
