I really don’t know what everyone is complaining about??? This place is wonderful! Comfortable couch to sit on while your waiting, nice and clean interior, people who work here, really care how you look and feel! Awesome place to get a hair cut!

RUN don’t walk away from this salon! No one knows what they are doing. Suzy is a farce. She puts coupons in Savvy Shopper that are completely misleading. She rips you off and gives TERRIBLE service. Not to mention that she is a rude, awful person that disrespects her patrons. And, have you seen her hair? I cannot believe the salon is still in business! Must just have clients that are really old that can’t see how awful their hair looks anyway. Believe me, you will be so sorry if you get your hair done at this so called salon.

I took my daughter to get her haircut last week… worst haircut ever! cj chopped her hair horribly! It was so uneven… its like she forgot to blend it… A 3 year old could of done a better job… I called back to let them know that she was not happy with her cut. And remind you I was very polite. and the lady who answered the phone copped an attitude with me and said people usually call the next day… like it was my fault and how dare I call and complain… I explained to her that we got it cut on Saturday late afternoon and the business is closed Sunday and Monday. needless to say. I still havent heard from the owner… what a waste of money!

The nail tech Inessa does the best nails ever! I only have her do my nails and would never go to anyone else. Definitely recommend her!

I would never go back again. The salon itself looks nice, minus the ugly purses everywhere looking to be sold. It gives the appearance that the owner is money hungry. There is only one decent hair stylist there and that is the only guy there. My sister and I went to get a mani pedi and hairstyle… our hair looked like a two year old did it… and they still charged us 65 dollars for the «updo». Meanwhile the lady who did the mani/​pedis was super gentle and sweet, there was nothing special about the mani or pedi… We had shellac done, paid regular price for the shellac and it is already peeling… we went there 4 days ago. They buy the cheapest brand of every product and sell their services at regular price. I will never go there again.

We went to go get my son’s haircut the other day and had the worst experience ever. The man that cut my son’s hair was not communicative and did not talk to my son at all. I explained what I wanted… a short trim of my son’s hair, he absolutely butchered his hair, it literally looked like the guy put a bowl on his head and cut around the bowl!!! The haircut was choppy and uneven. I would of stepped in sooner to stop the guy but I was unable to be near my son and oversee the haircut, I was very rudely asked to wait in the waiting area by what I assume was the store manager. I could not see anything from the «waiting area» where I had to wait until the haircut was over. It is ridiculous that I can’t over see a haircut that I am paying for. My son was too polite to say anything to the guy and I was too upset by the entire situation. I had to pay to get his haircut again at another salon. This place will not be getting my business again!!!
