Sweet and simple, these guys ROCK! Every time I go, I am greeted like an old friend, and seem sincerely happy to see me! They mix special flavors right in front of you, Pick the flavors you like, Nic level, VG/​PG ratio and it is perfect every time. I have tried so many combinations here that I can’t even tell you which is my favorite! and the Cleanest smoke shop ever! Never a disappointment!
and that is just the Juice part…
AS for hardware, if you have heard of it, they have it! And you get points for every purchase that gives you big bucks off! Every time I get 10 stars, I upgrade! And they know their hardware.
Just think of it this way: If you want the best Juices, in the Cleanest Facility, Mixed right in front of your eyes, by a VERY knowledgeable staff, and the newest and best batteries, tanks, Hookas, all at the best prices I have found (Name Brand Certified equipment, and not knock off BS like I have been sold at other chains!!!) etc… then you should be going here!

I have never felt more confident in buying E products in the three years since I stopped smoking. I like other followed the heard to freedom smoke… BIG mistake. Not only do they rip you off on prices they are no help to you at all. O we sold you a product and it stopped working. Your fault. Never have I hated a store so much. Now that I have taken your time on my rant let me switch gears and tell you about this place. It is just simply awesome. If they sell it they carry every part for it. The staff is simply amazing. The products simply amazing. I love how they mix your juice right in front of you. I didn’t notice how much of a difference it made in the quality. My tanks wicks and battery’s last three times longer. Take my word for it capers this is the place for you. Trust me.

I saw the place while driving down the road and stopped. Wanted to take a look. I knew when I walked in… it was what i wanted. Customer service was great. Mixed up what I wanted. In and out quickly yet had a nice chat with the owner. Juice was quality. I felt… at a fair price. Really far better service and juice then anyone else in the area. I will be back. I also would recommend them to any of my friends.

The hardware was nicely priced. The juices are a bit expensive compared to other shops that mix on site, but they taste very good. They have an entire wall of flavor profiles to choose from. The customer service was fantastic and the mixer was very patient and helpful. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone that’s looking for high quality liquid and tired of the same old name brand stuff that everyone has. Be original and make a flavor tailored to your palette!

I continue to love this place. Hardware prices are a bit high but I can forgive that in a new business starting off, plus they seem to totally stand behind everything they sell. The juice prices are comparable and I feel better quality unlike the «other place» I continue to taste the juice. The bottle refill discount is awesome and you save a bit with the bigger bottle, also awesome.

The experience at the Vape Zone was excellent. I felt right at home and even though I may have saved a little more somewhere else the girl helping me was enthusiastic and worked hard for the sale, she was knowledgeable about her products and tried to help me on price a little.

Ugh… I went in for the first time today. I wanted to like The Vape Zone so bad. They are right by my house, they are new, they have commercials on the radio, everything seemed like it was going to be great. Not so much…
I will say first and foremost (which can be the most important factor of shopping anywhere) the people I dealt with were AWESOME! Very passionate about their business, very helpful, very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to them. Unfortunately, thats the only good I found about this vape shop.
The most disappointing thing about my experience was their prices. Wow… outrageous! For example, I saw they had a Herakles sub-​ohm tank in stock, and then saw a price tag of $ 59.99. Are you serious??? They can be had in town for $ 35! Or how about the Joytec eVic VT; they sell it for $ 119.99 but it can be had for $ 65.99 in town. I just don’t understand their pricing and where they get those numbers. It is crazy. I would never buy any hardware here.
Next I checked out their juice selection. Their «flavor book”(as they call it) was very unorganized, very sub par and looked as if it was thrown together haphazardly. I feel time and a small bit of money could be spent on a much better layout for better customer viewing.
Speaking of the juice selection, how about the process of making it? The mix everything on the counter right in front of you. I literally could have sneezed all over their juice making equipment and supplies. Definitely not sanitary. With the way things are going with laws and industry standards changing and getting stricter, I feel they will fall short of being able to meet future standards.
I would save my time, and more importantly, my money, and go somewhere else. It just sucks, I really wanted to like them…

I have never tasted better flavors. All their flavors are spot on and taste exactly what their imitated after. Want Fruit Loops? You got it. Want blackberries? You got it. The range of flavors is spectacular, you can mix whatever flavors you want, you can try all the flavors, and they are always getting in new ones. Right now I am puffing on Irish cream. It’s amazing. The customer service is fantastic!
There’s always new product rolling in and they’re great with helping people out having issues with their set ups.
