Dunkin Donuts in general has always provided delicious fresh coffee & Donuts, the product itself is always a delight. In terms of customer service & employees being mindful of guests, lines & wait times this may not be the best place to stop if you have a limited about of time to get to your next destination. Five employees huddled over one register tending to a angry dissatisfied customer while a line of patient customers wait to have their order taken seems quite inefficient. A manager could have easily tended to the the woman & another register could have been opened to tend to the other customers. That said I will likely chose another place for my morning Java in route to work

For the most part, a good place to go. I had issues a while with my order getting mixed up no matter what I did, several visits in a row, but they’ve been better recently. Finally figured out the name of the one employee who’s always really friendly and has good customer service — Julio. I think Ben and Julio are the only two whose names I remember, but other employees I’ve seen there recently have been cool, too. If they do something wrong, give ‘em a chance to fix it and they’ll make it right. For the most part I’ve been happy with them.

My experiences here have been fine. The inside looks clean, but the tables could use some cleaning attention. Grabbed a drink from the cooler. Ordered a donut that was packaged up reasonably quickly. The donut itself was fine, nothing too special. I’d come back, but I’d check for alternatives too. Appears there is plenty of drive thru business.

I sware the entire staff is retarded every time I go to get an iced vanilla latte they give me some shit that doesn’t taste like a latte. It taste unsweetened and watery. And then about a third of the time I get some shit that’s either too sweet or just right. What fucking place can’t make a drink consistently. If you can’t make it don’t have it on the menu. Everything else at this location is mediocre at best. Please fix the problem train the staff on consistency

The only way to get your order correct at this place, is to order something completely different. Seriously. If you want a bagel with cream cheese, order a wake-up wrap while mumbling over the speaker. For comic effect, a kazoo or a vocoder would be even more effective than just telling them what you want; you could even wear a Daft Punk helmet if you wanted to. Today’s adventure in a failed attempt to dunk donuts: After at least three attempts over the speaker, an iced dark roast with cream and sugar, a hot coffee with cream, and a croissant donut turned into an iced dark roast with cream, sugar, and caramel, and a croissant donut. When I said that I had told them twice already, the shift lead told me that I had never said it. He actually argued with me, like he was Morpheus telling me that my thoughts and existence were a façade. While watching my spouse have her half-sugar, half-cream, 1-percent«iced coffee,» I’m fairly certain she contracted the diabeetus in front of my eyes. Now I’m going to have to watch The Price is Right to find out how to call Liberty Medical Supply to get my testing supplies covered by insurance(which will now be more expensive thanks to their magical abilities to turn my wishes into diabetes). At every Dunkin’ location I’ve gone to, you can purchase just a couple of Munchkins in case you don’t feel like making a cocho out of yourself. This location refuses to sell less than six; they seem to have gone rogue after the Great Donut Moderation Treaty of 2011. Do you really want to go to a schismatic Dunkin’ Donuts? The people that work here aren’t nice at all, unless you go inside. I wonder if, during employee training(which may supposedly exist, but I suspect that it might have been replaced with a viewing of Waiting…), they tell people«Okay, this door is the nice face entrance, and the drive-thru is the mad face entrance.» If you’re craving Dunkin’, take a pilgrimage to the one on Swan and Grant, where they’re nicer and get your order correct the first time. Things are so bad at this Dunkin’ that the folks at Swan and Grant get bombarded with complaints about this location. It’s almost as if this Dunkin’ is the stuff of urban legend, which I could tell you more about if I didn’t have to help my wife with her new insulin pump. (If you’ve read this far, there is no donut treaty, and my wife doesn’t have diabetes, but the cup of sugar and cream was fairly accurate. On a serious note, the workers need to pay attention, stop treating drive-thru customers poorly, and get orders correct. Fix the speaker, at least.)

I am having the worst day today and I decided to order a #13 with coffee with sugar and cream but you fuckers did not give me any hash browns and did not put any sugar in the coffee so fuck you! Assholes!

The morning crew is a lot better then the afternoon crew. I asked her opinion between two different flavors and she was very helpful. She also made our coffee’s very quickly and the place was actually clean. I was impressed.

I was worried about the poor reviews, but I had a wonderful experience here! I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an onion bagel and a large iced coffee with coconut flavor, sugar and light cream. The cashier was very friendly and took my order quickly and correctly. My order came quickly too. My sandwich was hot and the bagel was toasty. My coffee was just right, exactly like I ordered it. Next time I am in Tucson, I will be back!

I am not surprised by the poor reviews on here of this Dunkin Donuts. It is a nice, new and clean Dunkin but the service I’ve experienced is horrible. I ordered 2 iced coffees one time and the clerk thought it was the most complicated order and it literally took her ten minutes to ring me up for 2 coffees, I had a coupon but didn’t use it because I was too afraid I would frustrate her and complicate it more and have to spend an additional ten minutes there. I came again and ordered a dozen donuts and it took a total of 3 workers to figure out that all I wanted was a dozen donuts and how to place the order in the computer. I kept thinking«well it is early, so maybe the staff is a little tired and out of it» but Hey the employees are surrounded by coffee and yummy caffeinated drinks! Maybe they should drink some and would be able to perform their job a little better! :)

The worst. They don’t know what’s on their own menu and they’re always out of what I want. The donuts are often stale and gross and don’t expect actual help from anyone who works here because that is not happening ever.

This Dunkin isn’t amazing, but it’s better than the other locations I’ve visited in town. My order is always correct, although sometimes the iced coffee has so much gritty sugar in the bottom it’s hard to drink. Lesson learned: order without sugar.

Ordered 2 black coffees and a strawberry frosted donut in the drive through. Had to repeat the order 4x and then when she gave it to me she handed me 2 iced coffees and a jelly filled donut. 0⁄3

Ugh i keep saying im going to stop coming here but it’s so convenient when I’m in a hurry that i keep coming back. Their coffee is ok but their complete inability to make any other coffee drink is inexcusable. Their lattes are pretty much 100% milk with no espresso taste at all. Any time i order a flavored coffee drink its pretty much 100% sugar and completely undrinkable. I guess i just need to start waking up earlier to go to decent coffee shops.

I’m not sure how you can mess up a plain bagel with cream cheese, but I’ve learned not to expect anything amazing from this location. I’ve been there a few times and have never been impressed. The bagel came out cold, un toasted and messy. The people that work there aren’t that friendly, and everyone always seems tired and rushed. Probably won’t go there again.

Have to say that this Dunkin is a lot better than any other one in Tucson. Staff has always been friendly to me and I haven’t had any problems so far! I always drive out of my way just to visit this location.

I love DD, but coffee just doesn’t tasting right at this location. I’ve mentioned it to a few employees, one said its the same as everywhere else, and the other told me to ask for fresh coffee cause I’m probably being served the old stuff. I need to ask for fresh coffee at a Dunkin Donuts???

I’m from New York, where there is a Dunkin almost every mile or 2. So whenever I’m actually near a Dunkin in Tucson I get very excited. I asked for raspberry in my iced coffee, I in fact reiterated it twice. Lo and behold no raspberry and my iced coffee. All I asked for was a little slice of home but they can’t even run a Dunkin in this god forsaken waterless city.

They have never once gotten our order correct. At one point we ordered a tuna wrap and it was a tortilla with mushy tuna with globs of mayo nuked in the microwave so it was steaming hot and hot tuna and slimey steamy mayo slid out everywhere. So gross.

On Saturday I had my first Campbell Road Dunkin Donuts experience. Eww. I don’t think I will be coming back here. I was originally very excited since I was new to the neighborhood and had heard great things about their coffee. I had tried donuts from different locations before, since my coworkers often bring them into work for special occasions. We were up early to go yard sailing, and my boyfriend and I decided to forgo our normal breakfast spots or starbucks for Dunkin. BADIDEA. We went through the drive through, and I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and my boyfriend got their vanilla coffee blended drink. He ordered a donut and I got a bagel with cream cheese. When we pulled up, we got our drinks and donuts, I noticed that the blended drink was just white in color, I asked if it was the vanilla coffee one, and the guy just nodded his head and proceeded to ignore me to talk to the next car in line. I shrugged my shoulders thinking, well I am new to dunkin, maybe that’s how it is supposed to look? We drove off, my boyfriend dove into the donut, it was good, I started on my bagel, could have been better but still alright. I tried my latte and just about spit it out. Burnt coffee, with absolutely no vanilla flavor or sweetener. so gross! My boyfriend tried his drink, no coffee flavor whatsoever. He said it tasted like watered down melted vanilla ice cream. He was not a fan. By this point we were well on our way away from Dunkin so we did not go back. At the first yard sale stop we decided to get creative and mix the two drinks together, and that just made things worse. Needless to say I would not go back there, bad customer service, crappy drinks… not my cup of coffee!
