This is really starting to suck. This eegees keeps getting worse and worse. My sandwhich looks horrible!!! I work in fast food too, I get how stressful it can be. I’m a nice customer, I’m loyal too. No matter how awful y’all have been to me, I still keep coming back. I think this is the last time though…

This is by far the worst location. Go to any of the other locations nearby for a true Eegee’s experience. The people working here have no sense of urgency or manners. They don’t give the excellent service we’ve received at literally every other location in Tucson. They’re all more interested in talking to each other than keeping their customers happy.

Horrible experience, I got food poisoning from this eegee’s! I love eegee’s, and I was glad to see one down the street, but I ate my food and went home, and a couple hours later my body went nuts. I will never go to this eegees location again. Never.

Blegh! Go to any of the other locations besides this one. I have been trying to give this place chance after chance solely because it is right down the street from us but after our last visit we are finally done. If we really crave Eegee’s we can make the trip to Campbell or Speedway. I don’t know what it is with this one but the food is consistently bad and very sparse. Fries and drinks are about all they can get right. My last sandwich looked thrown together by a child with only a sad piece of ham — no salami — some yellow lettuce and tomatoes and no pepperoncinis. It was terrible, aside from the lacking ingredients it just had a foul smell and taste to it. But our fault for continuing to go here.

I was in a cranky mood and after ordering they repeated my order perfectly. Upon receiving my order it was wrong so I rudely handed it to my driver who politely gave it back and told them what was wrong. The girl at the window asked us to pull into a spot as they rectified the situation.
Some time later the manager came out and asked us why we «threw» the sandwich at the girl in the window. OMG this was such a lie. He stayed calm and took our order. Repeated it back and apologized. He was extremely kind even though he thought we were sandwich wielding A**holes.
The problem with the faulty speaker system needs to be fixed. and over dramatic window girl needs time off during the week she happens to obviously be plugging. The manager showed amazing patience and tact.
The final, correct order was 100% perfect and everything you expect from Eegee’s. It is the type of food you hope they serve when you bring someone from out of town for their first Eegee’s experience!

Great eegie. Turkey sandwich tasted more like chewy bread and was not flavorful. I don’t think it is this stores specific problem bit probably the whole chains. Subway is better and I avoid that place. Eegie, look into how to improve the taste of your bland sandwich.

I was only interested in the ladies room, but bought a courtesy iced tea and small fries. Now I know to avoid this slow motion eegee’s at Grant & Alvernon *and* have bestowed my first 1 star review.
While the tea was up quickly, the fries did not make a timely appearance. I stood closer to the counter, hoping my presence would remind someone that I’d placed a food order.
I noticed a young man in line; he left without ordering. A manager taught a cashier to count back change. A staffer laboriously ladeled frozen eegee into a cooler. Someone in the back responded to every order up with, «Can you get that for me?»
Everyone seemed to be moving in slow motion. I peered around the corner only to see my partially-​hydrogenated treat cooling in the open air. Finally I asked after them. They automatically include ranch dressing which (it’s probably my age) is irratating to me. I grabbed my ketchup packets and left.
