Re Corbett Sofa purchase
#1 was told when I purchased it that I could purchase additional slip covers if I wanted. When I inquired 3 years later, was told they were no longer available. (By a not very friendly sales person I might add). Might have been nice to send notification to Corbett owners that thy would be discontinued.
#2 After owning the couch, which was sold as «down filled», for 5 years noticed that feathers were working their way through the fabric. Upon inspection the inner lining that holds a very thin layer of down on top of a traditional cushion, is splitting in several places and not just at seams. It is as though the fabric is rotting.
I purchased this sofa at a discount due to slight sun damage «as is» so there is not much can do about it. Very disappointed in the quality for the price paid.
Do not plan on shopping at Ethan Allen again.

This store is a little small, but very well displayed. The reason I like Ethan Allen is that you never have to worry about the quality, they will stand behind for life time. I bought a coffee table, two years later I found it had couple places chipped and I called them. They send people to look, and ordered a new one to replace it.
