By far one of my worst experiences customer service wise, the young lady at the register was to busy conversing with the other employee about how she forgot her phone and was so tired, that she repeatedly scanned my items more than once and had to backtrack to change it. This of course made an already slow experience even worse. I am a mother so I like shopping at family dollar getting a deal but even though this family dollar is closer to my new place I think I will burn up a little gas and drive to my old favorite in Golf links. Good customer service makes for a better shopping experience and on the list today’s escapade was an epic fail.

I’ve never been in a Family Dollar Store before, but I’ll probably be back.
There’s one of everything, except fresh produce. A great place to go for affordable wrapping paper, craft supplies, storage items, etc. They also have a lot of toiletries.
When I’m in need of that *one* thing but don’t want to pay top price, I’ll probably return to Family Dollar!
