Place took forever. They need to practice service with a smile. At least let me know how long the wait is going to be! Concentra lets you know approximately how long the wait will be.

Went in today, received by a sarcastic front desk. Found out the office had no np or dr. In yet… was told to wait for them to get in. Left I feel if you cannot have good Customer service in an urgent care and staff for emergency medicine by your own hours that is posted, then most likely it is poor care poor business model. I went to Nextcare down 4 miles.

The wait was horrendous! There was no one ahead of us, and it still took about 30 minutes. And not to mention, all the forms to be filled were crazy.

Super nice people. Janet, Tabatha and Lisa had me in and out very quickly. Much nicer than my doctors office. Friendly people can make all the difference when you are not feeling well.
