Twice this florist has delivered flowers that wilted within 24 hours. The flowers that I received on 14JAN13 had wires in them to make them appear fresh. We will no longer patronize this business.

So, after leaving my previous review, I waited for the owner to call me back; he never did. I called back a few days later and spoke to a man named Rak who said he was the owner. I asked him if he ever got the message to call me back. He said YES, but there was no reason to do so, as he told me when I called in the day I got the plant how to water it. ??? Talk about great customer service. I told him it was dying and he said that he has a lot of the same plants in his home and they never died. He then said I needed to bring the plant down and they will put new soil in it, and that’s all they would do. I figured instead of wasting my time and fixing Acacia’s issue, I spoke to a girl who takes care of the company I work for’s plants and showed her my dead plant. She confirmed what I thought, the soil was CRAP! I got some new quality soil and surprise surprise… The plant is coming back to life! Do NOT buy flowers or plants from this company unless you want to waste your money!
