Beautiful clothes and lots of gift items. Jewelry on sale. Great store! Love all they carry, from the purses to the gifts!!! Young staff, but so respectful. It is a pleasure to shop at this store!

Currently one of my favorite places to shop! I am 26 and working full time. I find great tops that are good for work, but also for going out with friends. I love that the clothing is all organized by color. You really have to try on everything there, because sizing varies between the multiple designers they use. Love it!

I love this store. It’s really a 20 to 30 something shop. Mostly chic high fashioned, up to the minute, snazzy, funky, natty, chi-​chi fun stuff. Nice jewelry, shoes, nail polish, cards, books, purses. You can just come in and browse and you will surely come out with something to take home. Even though I am in my seventies (sounds unbearable) I find something to get. They are priced just right and also have great sales. This is a store that makes a statement. Enjoy!!!

I love francesca ‘so, the girls are so helpful and nice and I love the ever changing looks they have in there. The jewelry is so much fun and I can always find soemrgignvfor a night out. Lauren the manager was so greatmuch for our private function.

I bought a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas plus many stocking stuffers, sales clerk was very nice and apologetic for not having a box for the boots. I went to return the boots last night because she had received 3 pairs of boots. The clerk last night was AWFUL! She at first would not return the boots at all stating that I had to have the box to return them and that they NEVER sell boots without the box, I showed her the receipt and she told me that employee no longer works there. She called someone, without telling that person that I had not received the box at time of purchase, I was then told I could have an exchange. The clerk informed me that I was lucky that I was getting to return them at all without the box, she was rude and condescending. The 2 friends I was with left the store because they were so upset with her behavior. I showed that the receipt clearly stated a full refund with receipt within 14 days and as in same condition. I was told it was not in same condition because there was no box, again I stated I did not receive the box, the boots were never worn etc. I will NEVER purchase from that store again!!!

Every single time I go in there, the ladies are not attentive. The past 4 times I’ve been in there, they’ve been huddled behind the counter talking crap about their boss and fellow employees or customers. They are so loud when they talk sh** It annoys the heck out of me!!! The blonde girl, probably manager, is the leader of the pack of bad mouthers. The customers must be invisible because they get 0 attention. I’m done with this place :(I feel so uncomfortable in there!

everyone knows I love to shop at La Encantada. Well after a photo shoot at the La Encantada decided to really look around. Past the BeBe and Coach store, and there it was this cute little store with really cute stuff at decent prices. I ended up picking up a cute scarf for cheap, cheap .I recommend checking this shop out .This wont be my last visit.
