Excellent experience at this location; staff was so patient and friendly to my inquisitive son. Rouchelle, specifically was thoughtful, and ensured we had a hassle-​free trade-​in experience. I’d highly recommend this GameStop store!

This location has some great staff who are quite knowledgable about the various games they sell which is always a plus. I have shopped here for years and had my first problem last week when I went in to buy a new game. The salesperson misunderstood me and sold a season pass for the game instead of the game itself (discovered at home when my son entered the xbox code). I had questioned why a code instead of the disc and was told the game was available by download only. After completing their online survey with a negative response, I received a call from a district manager who was fabulous! To make things right she had the store give me the game I tried to purchase for free. The customer service is what brings people back.

Gamestops are all the same when It comes to product so it doesn’t make sense to review that part of the store.
What makes one store different from another is the staff and how they treat you when you walk in. I will drive from Campbell and Grant area where I have a store that is closer to come to this location… because the staff rocks.
Im never pressured to buy a preorder or subscribe to stuff I dont want. The people here actually have played the games they are selling and will give honest opinions about said games (some other stores I have been recommended games that really just sucked… just to turn a sale)
