Gap

I have shopped at the GAP longer than I’ve had email. I love their clothes — they’re affordable, comfortable and stylish. But you know that because you’ve probably shopped there forever too! Here’s the thing, it’s the people who
make or break your business and GAP has eternally had the best customer service and friendliest staff but something has gone awry at GAP Park Place and I think it’s the unpleasantries you experience as a patron when interacting with some of the staff members. It’s honestly to the point where several of my friends and I no longer shop at this particular location even though it’s a stones throw from home. Sad, yes! Maddening, even more so! Shopping at GAP Tucson Mall is a different story you have associates who take your coupons, find that sweater (at their store, online or somewhere else) and you can find someone with a smile to let you into a fitting room. But that an entirely different review. GAP Park Place when there is a changing of the guards like Schwarzenegger — I’ll be back!

5 reasons these guys get 5 stars.
1. Follow them on FB for coupons/​specials and sales.
2. Store is clearly and cleanly laid out.
3. I don’t always love the product but it’s changes frequently so there’s reason to check in often.
4. Folks in the dressing rock (Lauren especially is quick to get sizes or swap things as needed).
5. Until there are local retailers in town where I can spend my dough, I don’t mind giving money to the company that I worked at off and on since I was 15! Yeah, it’s been a while.
