I just want to say the customer service here is awesome especially Marisol Estrada! My bus got delayed a day and she was so accommodating and friendly. I definitely think she deserves recognition for what she does I’m definitely extremely happy that I got the pleasure of meeting her and tell her to keep up the GREAT WORK and to keep that smile on her face she is definitely a rockstar!!! ‼‼‼‼‼‼

Awful time sense to say the least. If the bus is scheduled to depart at a specific time, we obviously plan to be accordingly. I highly recommend other alternatives if you have an option. I am literally sitting at the greyhound bus station and writing this review because I am exhausted from waiting on top of this I need to be on time at the airport to catch a flight. Chances of missing my flight are high at the moment.

I have been taking greyhound from Tucson to Phoenix several times a month for the past 5 months. The station is not upscale but it serves it’s purpose. I suggest getting tickets on
it is cheaper. For my Tucson to Phoenix trip I have never had a problem with not being here early enough. If you buy your ticket online arrive 15 minutes in advance to departure. departure and arrival have always been on time. Cheapest way between the two cities!

This location is A-OK. Depending on the day/time you’ll get a mean or nice security guard. The front desk is hit or miss but honestly you should buy your tickets online. You can save a lot of time and money pre-purchasing and printing them at home.
Sometimes the room can be freezing cold, so bring a jacket. The arcade machines are fun, and the drink/snack machines accept credit cards. I suggest getting there at least an hour before your bus to grantee a decent spot I line while boarding.
As far as the bus is concerned, it’s pretty standard. Occasionally you’ll get WiFi and 120v outlets. The buses can be quite cold as well, so once again bring a jacket. Sometimes the drivers have questionable actions, look Ike texting while driving; thankfully I’ve only seen that one time.
In total if you buy online, there’s no cheaper way to Phoenix, as long as you buy online and show up early.

I have used Greyhound before back on the East Coast and I don’t know why but the buses they use here in Arizona are pretty trashy and worn. The buses reek of urine from the bathroom, the plugs don’t work, the chairs’ felt are down to the bare threads, and the people who work there are the meanest people you will ever meet. Don’t get me wrong, I got there on time and it was super cheap which are the most important factors.

Counter agent seemed to know what he was doing.
Bus drivers have twice refused to let me sit in the first row when I asked (it was empty), even though (1) I am handicapped and (2) one time some other passengers were harassing me so I didn’t want to be int he far back by them.
Bus wifi works about 40% of the time. Bus outlets work about 50% of the time.

they dont guarentee you a seat even after you payed, constantly overloading buses, because they somehow cannot track and not oversell a product, when my bus was late i asked why and got attitude from the worker, clearly didnt want to do his job, threw his hands up in the air and said i dont know, i guess the bus has been been cancelled, you guess? your the employee u should know its your job to know.
