The girl behind the counter was nice. That’s the only good thing I have to say.
Our bus boarded late, and left late. There was NO reason for me to arrive 1 hour prior to boarding.
The seat in front of me is BROKEN (I will be calling to tell them). It makes awful noise and bounces around so bad I want to kill myself. I had to SIT IN said broken seat in order to keep it from making so much noise that I jumped out a window. My next two hours will be filled with a headache, and I will probably puke, from having to sit in this broken, bumpy, noisy, unreclining seat.
If your buisness is to sell SEATS on your bus why not make sure they’re not BROKEN before each ride. Especially if you’re going to be late!

Finally, last month my check for the damaged good was received. I forgot I even wrote this review. What a process, at least they made it right so I cannot fault them on that.
