Hilary is is one of those people who embodies professionalism while also somehow managing to become a genuine friend to most of her clients. And there’s probably no one who knows Tucson and all its idiosyncrasies better than her. She’s super-​involved in the community, gives back wherever she can, and has a sense of intuition that will help you find the right buyer, house, property, loan, handyman, pool guy or whatever else you may need. Many of my friends have also worked with her, and everyone is always impressed. Newcomers to Tucson will find her a wealth of information, and long-​timers will find her CRAZY-​good network of resources. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Hilary grew up in Tucson and knows this town really well. She can show you all the up and coming neighborhoods and is very keen on smokin’ deals. She was very honest and straight forward about our hopes and expectations, and the entire home buying process. There were many occasions where she brought paper work right to our house. She also gave us several home tours and picked us up at our home. We always felt like she was just a phone call away.
If you want some one to give you the low down and find a very good deal in Tucson’s hippest neighborhoods, Hilary is your gal.

My wife and I met Hilary at a Green Drinks event at La Cocina many years ago. Shortly thereafter, we started looking for a home and immediately decided that Hilary just felt like a good match for us as far as representation went. She has a tireless, get-​up-​and-​go attitude while maintaining a down-​to-​earth friendliness. She was very approachable and came up with a number of options for potential homes for us. Even if something was somewhat out of the price range we had given her, she would make sure to let us know whenever she found what she considered a true gem.
Ultimately, being an avid researcher myself, I ended up finding the home we eventually bought. But this was only possible because of the way Hilary steered the entire experience of refining exactly what it was that we were truly looking for.
Once we had the home in mind, Hilary did a great job guiding us through all the paperwork and negotiating with the agent on the selling end of the deal. The way she handled this leg of the transaction really made things about as stress free as one could hope.
All that was 4 years ago next month. To this day, my wife and I maintain a friendship with Hilary and her family. You can take that one of two ways:
1) This review is biased due to our friendship. Or,
2) The experience of buying a home was so well handled by Hilary that we formed a bond that has remained even close to half-​a-​decade later.
And really, the litmus test for our friendship was the whole process of finding and buying a home. If something like that can lead to a long-​standing friendship, then go ahead and consider me biased.
