First time, got to go with carne asada torta. Figured we would try out a new place, tucked away behind Harkins Theater at Spectrum. Got to say I was very surprised. I didn’t have a lot of expectations for a strip mall restaurant but the Carne Asada was very tasty. I had a torta and a friend tried the burrito. Both were very flavorful. Burrito was gigantic. The menu is pretty small, their original focus was ice cream and Pico de Gallo but they expanded into a full selection of tacos, burritos, hot dogs and tortas. I could see myself hitting up a quick bite before a movie or grabbing something after the gym. And they got FRIES! I like the blending of traditional fare with some classic sides. Portions are larger than you expect so order smaller than you normally would. Lunch time was quick, they open at 11am.
