I am amazed by this location! I went to this Jiffy Lube on September 18, 2015, and had an amazing experience. The previous week I had a «high-​mileage signature» oil change. Part of that included checking my fluids, including radiator fluid. Now on the 18^th I had trouble with my car overheating and radiator fluid leaking. I took my car back with less than an hour before they were supposed to close and I was helped by James and Jacob who quickly found that my radiator reserve tank had cracked from the pressure and age, an issue which was independent than my previous routine service check. However, as they explained the situation to me, they generously offer to get a replacement part delivered and installed for me and had my radiator system flushed! Honestly, I was astounded. The way James and Jacob cared about me as a customer and putting my needs first was not cliché. They stayed late to take care of my car and did it with a great and patient attitude.
I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube repeatedly on the past couple of years. I can say that although I was astounded with my last experience, in hindsight, I almost feel like I should not have been surprised. I have always been pleased with the kindness of the employees, the quality of my service, the expertise that goes into my service, and the promptness of my services. I highly recommend that anyone needing help with any aspect of their car maintenance give this Jiffy Lube (on Campbell and Ft Lowell) a chance! I cannot imagine these guys not being so helpful to anyone, especially considering how patient they were with me as someone who is not very automobile literate!

The young man who came outside obviously didn’t care about his job, it was almost as if he was hungover or something. He wasn’t very polite either. The other man whom I assume was supervisor was rude as well, I didn’t want new wipers or a filter (it’s my friends car) he instantly didn’t seem to care about my service. We just moved here from Texas and I have no intention of using this location again. Besides that 40+ $ for a basic oil change wow! Not EVER coming back that was highway robbery.

Everything was going well until a meth couple walked in asking for money, and the clerk started making bad jokes about the situation. Now I only go to the Jiffy Lube on Speedway.

Manager James took me in on Easter Sunday for in oil change. Service was quick and very detailed. I’m going back to this location and my business will always be with Jiffy Lube thanks to John and James at this location!

Talk about fast service! These guys are great. In and out quick for sure but they also offer all their services. No hard sell, just to let you know. For instance, they can rotate your tires, etc.

I’ve never had a problem with this place, they’re always nice, speedy, and they tell me what I things might be needed on my car without feeling too pushy. And on my last visit they had two ladies working there, one of which was so helpful! Glad to see some girl power in a man industry :) I’ll keep coming to this location until I move.

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for honest, thorough and timely service. I had a distressful situation with a different local auto center in the Tucson area after getting an oil change. The center drained my oil for the change but then failed to complete the service by adding clean oil to my car. I drove my car off the lot a fair distance before realizing there was no oil in my car. Anyone who knows anything about cars realizes the severity of this businesses mistake. I took my car to Jiffy Lube where Lillia and James carefully looked over my car, gave me a discounted rate for an oil change and confirmed the importance of getting further service for the damage caused by the lack of oil. They gave me helpful tips on how to approach the situation with the other business and followed through with the other business to further share their expertise on the irreparable damage caused by that center’s mistake. They took time from their busy day to extend themselves beyond their expected role. I am grateful for their care and sincerity. Their attention to my cars needs made it clear they have their customers best interest at the forefront of their service. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and I will definitely use them again.

In the past there was a moderate tendency to up-​sell things like air filters that were hardly in need of replacement. As such, I dreaded seeing the new manager walk into the waiting room, fully expecting him to recite a list of all the filters and fluids that I will likely need in the next 10 years, but don’t need now.
To my infinite delight, he instead told me that the air filter and transmission fluid would be fine for another 3 – 4 months, and that – if it were his car – he would not do things any differently.
Kudos and thanks to you, Vic, for your honesty and integrity. I hope that you end up managing many more stores for Jiffy Lube and that your integrity proves to be contagious.

I went in for an oil change in the morning. Service was quick and courteous. They tried to upsell me on some items, but that is to be expected anywhere. I’d recommend this location; apparently it is under new management (keeping in line with the recent spate of good reviews).

Ive gone to this jiffy lube many time because how close it is. I’ve had multiple oil changes, and usually I get hassled about other smaller expenses that total up to a hefty bill. This time however I went the this jiffy lube to get an oil and transmission change and the mechanic was extremely nice. My experience was great. The management has changed, along with it my impression of the place.
They updated me as I sat In the waiting room on every step they were taking, making me feel secure their skills. The mechanic helped bring the price down to my college student budget. He gave me an awesome deal and did a great quality job. On top of it all, they cleaned up my floors and made the interior look well kept.

I went to get a normal oil change today, but my experience at Jiffy Lube turned out so much better than I expected. The actual oil change was just what I usually expect as good service. They were busy, but obviously moving quickly and the wait wasn’t too long. I’m a woman in my 20s and not particularly knowledgeable about cars, so people will typically try to upsell me pretty hard, thinking I’m an easy mark. While they mentioned the high-​mileage oil, air-​filter change, etc. they were super respectful and just explained the cost and benefits, but did not get aggressive when I said I was on a budget. They also offered me a print-​out of the recommended service for the current mileage of my ’92 Camry, which I actually appreciate. I’m not a car person, and their advice was helpful rather than pushy.
What really made the service at this Jiffy Lube stand out was what happened after I left. I drove just a short ways and made a stop for another errand. When I tried to start my car again, the car just would not turn on. Nothing I tried could make the key turn in the ignition. When I called Jiffy Lube, they surprised me by immediately sending an employee to my location to check out my car. Mike arrived quickly, and was very friendly and professional. He double-​checked everything they had done and checked my battery. When it was clear that the car problems had nothing to do with their work, and was probably a key/​ignition problem, he ensured that I had a ride home to get my spare key and back, and stayed until my car turned on.
I was impressed by how much they went above and beyond, and for an issue that in the end had nothing to do with them. Thanks again Mike, and everyone else who worked on my car today, I really appreciate it!

Guess I’ll be making the only positive review for this location. I came in this morning around 830. Service was great and very quick. No up-​selling. All he did was make a few recommendations and provided reminders for particular services that should be done anyways. In and out within 15 minutes and I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give this place half a star, I would. My husband brought in his car and when they returned it, they said to him, «Btw, your check engine light and battery light are on». He mentioned to them that they weren’t on when he brought the car in and they replied that they didn’t know. It turns out that they FORGOT to replug a connection in the car! It was horrible because the car would start, but then turn off. He had to take his car to BrakeMax where they thankfully knew the issue and reconnected it for him.

I went to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change about a month ago. Presumably the oil change was done satisfactorily, however I didn’t enjoy the long upsell conversation, nor did I love that the guy was chewing tobacco and spitting the whole time. He was skilled enough to spit into the trash can under the computer as he rung me up. Gross.

There are a lot of oil change options out there, even a lot of Jiffy Lubes to choose from. Choose someone else from this place.
Manager tried strongly to upsell me, and when I declined he became visibly angry. I was told they would give me a call when my car was done (I was just waiting across the street at the McDonalds). After waiting an hour I finally wandered back to see what was going on. The same manager said they don’t make calls to tell you your car is done (well then why did you say you would? I would have waiting in the store. And you can still call me to upsell, but not to tell me the car is done?). I waited over half an hour extra for no reason.
When it came time to pay, they tried to charge me more than their outside advertised special, and the manager was abrupt and unhelpful. I got back to my car to see they had left the headlights on, presumably that whole time I was waiting (and it was the day time)! What the heck is going on with this place?
