They may not always get my sandwich the way I ask for it. They may forget your straw. But they are the best company when it comes to delivery. They are super speedy and very friendly. The food is really good. It surprises me for it being so convenient.

This location in particular has a dream team staff, & I think I got asked if I was having a nice day 3 – 4 times during my 5 minute wait.

This place was nasty!!! They need to advertise or say that they make their chips with peanut oil. My daughter is highly allergic to peanuts… I did not notice this until after the fact. She spit it out right away. I went to take her to the restroom and there were not paper towles. 5 employess standing around. They charge for onions if does not come on your sandwitch. The options are limited. The meat is grose. I asked for a bag and the said oh it’s behind the counter and said to grab one and along with the napkins. We were the only ones in there. The customer service is horrible. I took 2 bites of my meal and was turnned off right away. The bread was hard and tasted old. If you want a great sub go to Subway. This way it’s fresh and done right and the options are not limited and they don’t charge for onions. Save your money… Seriously!!!

Love jimmy johns just not this place. I live about 30 min away from this place drove all the way there for this. I ordered the vegetarian and the number 11. Both of them were done wrong. One Completely wrong. My veggie had just lettuce and cheese. The other one I was charged double for guacamole. I had none on my sandwich. I called to notify them of this. They did put a credit for one of sandwiches but the other one they would only give me a credit of the missing guacamole. I little stingy when sometimes certain ingredients make a sandwich. I was disappointed in the customer service aspect.
