Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates

We called Kaiser Garage Doors for an installation to replace the bottom rubber
of our garage plus service as needed. The serviceman Chad was on time plus
did a great job. We are very satisfied with the job plus the billing was very fair.

I worked with a sales rep to arrange for two new openers. He provided useful unbiased information about different options. The quote for the openers selected was reasonable. The installer arrived on time. He was friendly and competent and answered all of my questions. He went the extra mile in setting up the door control units and Homelink system. The install was professional. I called my sales rep days later because I was having difficulty with the MyQ system. He volunteered to come to my house on a Saturday. He also offered advice which will make the system work after I install a Wi-​Fi extender. I could not be more impressed. The openers installed were even better than expected.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while because they deserve it. I’ve worked with Kaiser for a over 12 years now. I’ve only had to call upon them 3 times during that time. The initial installation, A general service call to maintenance the motor and this past winter when the springs snapped due to the freezing cold.
In all 3 cases the Rep who showed up to do the work was professional, courteous and clean about his work. I found the prices in line with other shops in the Tucson area and I’ve been happy with their customer service. Few businesses get a 3 star from me let alone a 4 but Kaiser earned it and I just hope that they continue to keep up their standards of service.

I usually don’t write about companies, but when you find a company that is as good as these guys are, you have to spread the word.
Great company, great service, great price. Spoke to Billy at Kaiser that I was interested in only High Cycle Springs (they last longer than the original, original typical life 7 years) High Cycle will last almost twice as long.
Because Kaiser Garage Doors did the original installation here in Saddlebrooke, Billy knew exactly what I needed. There are a lot of calculations weight, height, glass, no glass, and width of door, which determine the sizing of the spring. Even though I am quite handy, this is truly a job for a trained technician, (the changing of the spring is under very high torsion and is extremely dangerous).
Kaiser Garage Doors does all of the initial installations for Robson communities, so that was another plus, RELIABILITY AND ON TIME. They are in the Registry of Contractors here in Arizona.
Tom was the name of the service tech that came to my home, Courteous, Clean and Very Knowledgeable.

After being told my garage door needed to be replaced by Signal Door, I price shopped and ordered from Kaiser. Today a GENTLEMAN came to install and told me the door wasn’t the problem! He fixed my problem for about a tenth of what Signal wanted. Buyer beware! I’m so happy now!

This is a great local company! Being in the Contracting field, we’re always looking for reliable, honest companies that do a great job and Kaiser Garage Doors is that. They show up when they say they’ll be there and when I needed some paperwork, they got it to me in a very quick and efficient manner. We’re happy to use them again!

Corresponded with this company for over a week off of a recommendation from a friend. Staff was disorganized and less than pleasant. Waited for two hours and they never showed up. When I called back they said they didn’t have my ticket. Called another company and they arrived in 25 mins.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* I had a garage door installed April 2011. From day one I have had problems. I have water coming under the door, between the door & the top when it rains my garage is flooded. They have come out several times to try and fix the problem, but they are pretty much useless. The door was not cheap either!
