Just tried to book an appointment, got the voicemail so I left a message saying I want to book something. Just got THESASSIEST voice mail back. So I can’t comment on the quality of the services but just from the customer service I will not be spending my money here.

UPDATE: I just got a mani/pedi and think Rebecca did an excellent job. 4 stars for the massage. 2 stars for the facial. The 30 minute happy hour massage was nice, especially after work. But I felt a lot of pressure to upgrade my facial to include the peel. I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested but she kept saying how good it is and that is smells nice, etc etc. I asked if it would make my face red and she said no. Well it did and it lasted for about an hour. The next morning my skin looked blotchy with little red patches, far from«evening out skin tone»(which I didn’t have a problem with in the first place). I’m sure they just wanted to burn through my gift certificate but they should really be more concerned with the customers needs and requests. That’s what keeps people coming back. I tipped 20% so I should’ve said something about it then. I definitely will next time. I still have some services scheduled because they were trying to schedule all the services at once since I had credit left. I’ll update once I use all of it to say whether I’ll be back after I’ve used it all.

My mom and aunt and I came in from out of town for the week and wanted relaxing massages and facials. My aunt found Karma and we came in at noon on a Thursday and the place was inviting, clean, and peaceful. We filled out paperwork and were taken back at our appointment time. The facial was great! The facialist was knowledgeable and explained everything she was putting on my face(I kept asking). Robes were nice and heavy in between treatments. We all 3 got deep tissue massages and they were tough but worked out all the knots. These ladies are strong! Highly recommend. You get $ 15 off if you’re a new customer, too.

I enjoyed my visit to Karma Day Spa. Rebecca gave me an excellent pedicure. I felt pretty relaxed and happy! The attention is great, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to the ladies I came with. We will come back again. Thank you.

Disappointing customer service at all levels. No real resolution offered. Owner/manager didn’t seem too concerned with having an unsatisfied customer. I would never go here again and will be sharing my negative experience with friends.

Amazing Day Spa! Love the treatments there and the staff is so friendly and personable. Got a hungarian peel facial today and it is the best facial I have ever had. The environment is relaxing and tranquil and everyone gives you personal attention. Had a massage last week that was AMAZING. Thank you Karma. I will be back frequently!

HOLYMOLY!!! so for those of you who know me and have read my reviews, you knooooow I am a super positive person who always has something nice to say and if I have something not nice to say it is always constructive. That said, DONOTGOTOKARMADAYSPA!!! Let me say some nice stuff first. This place is gorgeous, smells great and the quality of the pedicure I had done was good. OK, now down to business, I had a groupon and have called 3 times(may only have been 2 may have been 4… we’ll go with 3) to try to redeem it. Every time I was greeted by the same rude receptionist(very recognizable voice) who said«well if you insist on coming in on the weekend you’re going to have to book six months out.» Sillily(yes that’s a word dammit) enough I waited until my groupon was about to expire, called back and this time the receptionist was especially pissy and when I called her on her attitude, she said if her attitude was a problem she would just cancel my groupon. I said I’d still go(after all I had paid for my mani-pedi). I hit some traffic on my way to my appt. and showed up exactly 10 minutes late at which point I was told since I was 15 minutes late(UMNOT) she would be unable to do my manicure at which point I sat in the pedi chair(got scolded for that) and waited… and waited… and waited… another 20 minutes for my pedicure which took a total of 25 minutes. I left 50 minutes(ya know paperwork and potty break) after arriving… sans manicure. Here’s the thing though… had I just wanted the pedicure AND not had a groupon, I would have been charged $ 50 for this treatment. So being me, I must go back to the beginning. For me it’s all about delightful warm fuzzies and I quote their website by saying, «Our Day Spa is designed to cater to our guests „needs“ while providing a „total experience“ with excellent customer service.» If this is their goal they are far from achieving it. That said if you are ok with a so so experience in a beautiful spa that is dreadfully overpriced, go ahead and enjoy

Poor customer service. I would not go there again. It was a waste of time and money!
