Omg! This place was a complete nightmare. I knew the minute we arrived that there was absolutely no way in hell I would let my loved one stay.
Since we arrived after 7PM I stayed with her to make sure that she was taken care of. Unfortunately that was not very easy to do even with me on site. The room they placed her in was so dirty and had piss and crap on the floor. The beds are less then 6 inches off the filthy floor. The nurses are not able to do much to help. Since they can’t even get the meds they need. It took 2 hrs to find oxygen for my mom. We stayed the night and it was horrible. Even with me there, we ended up having to take her back to the hospital because they injured her and also gave her someone else’s meds. She had a reaction and is very serious as I wright this review.
DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE…

My mom spent 2 miserable days here. Night staff ignored her requests for pain medicine and help to the bathroom. Nobody takes accountability. They say «I’m sorry» constantly, but never do anything to change the problems. Place isn’t that clean either. Indifference and incompetency handcuffs the staff from CNA’s up to Mgmt. Do not let your loved one go here!

My husband was there in 2012. The CNS staff, OT and PT were the only good thing about this facility.

This place is the worst possible nightmare of a rehab and skilled nursing facility that I have ever seen. While much of the common areas are kept nice for visitors, the individual rooms are filthy, with old food under the beds and trash cans that stick to the floors.
The evening and night staff are self-​absorbed, treating the residents as an annoyance. Some are psychologically abusive, behaving in a threatening manner. Other staff are simply not trained to do what is required of them.
In short, this is a very unsafe place to stay at.
