Can’t get an order correct. Ever, they even put on the receipt“extra mayo” and it’s like they intentionally put less really?

Went to the drive-​thru for a quick double cheeseburger on my way home from the doctor. Got home, opened the very loose wrapping and the burger looked like someone sat on it – seriously! The top of the bun was halfway off, was full of dents, and the bottom part of the bun was hard and dry and couldn’t chew it! What? This was definitely not the freshly made burger, minus the onions, that I ordered! No napkin, and no receipt was given to me, otherwise I would have done the review directly to McDonald’s. It’s not a difficult job to flip burgers, but this location in my opinion is definitely not doing it right.

Only one in drive thru, paid for my food and had to leave because apparently it takes longer than 15mins to make two breakfast burritos. Would’ve been late to work. But the people are not friendly and their sweet teas are consistently terrible. I’ll make the extra 5 min drive to the next McDonald’s

This is the most thilthy, dirty, disgusting McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The Men’s restroom resembled a pig sty. If it would’ve been a weekday I would’ve called the health department. Thank goodness we only stopped in for iced coffees, but the horror didn’t end. After making our drinks the server took a dirty rag that should’ve been thrown in the garbage and wiped our cups with it before she handed them to us. The place should be condemned.

1 st time in several months being here, service was slow for a company who defined fast food. Quality of food could be a bit better. Seemed understaffed when I arrived.

The slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Unbelievable. Not only that but they were rude. I overheard am employee saying he’d like to punch out another customer. It even took the kid several minutes to return my change.

This is not the Dinosaur McDonalds. This is the McDonalds several miles east at Tanque Verde and Catalina Highway. Went through the drive through at 9:30 p.m. for snacks. The ice cream machine was ‘not working’, in other words, we started cleaning it 1 ½ hours before closing. We were then urged to order apple pies and when we did, we were told they were actually out and it would be 20 minutes before more were ready. So we ordered fries and nuggets with ranch. When we got to the window a gal tossed a bag at us, nuggets and fries, no ranch. Had to sit there calling out for attention to get some ranch (one) tossed at us. We know you are bad (health-​wise) for us. We can’t get what it is we actually want to order. You are rude and don’t care what we want. Other places with similarly bad-​for-​us food are attentive and actually have available what is on the menu. Why would we come back here?

This place is good service and all staffs who were friendly and be nice. I like this place for my kids.

Equally bad service inside the restaurant. No control over which orders wind up where. 2 prior patrons pawed through my bag before I figured out it was my order. Ridiculous. Try enunciating and projecting when calling out orders and verifying they belong to the person receiving them.

Terrible! No supplies out at all. No napkins, katsup etc. have to wait in line and ask for everything.

This McDonalds has the worst drive thru service in town; they are slow; they get your order wrong; and the food is cold by the time you get it. And… when you bring these issues up to them there is never an apology, but plenty of attitude.

i feel that this is probably one of the McDonald’s in town. the nuggets are always good.

This is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever seen!
I ate here for breakfast, because that’s all McDonald’s is really good for anyway. But they have Dinosaurs outside with a Dino learning center inside, with fossils and posters, even dinosaur wall paper. The learning center isn’t very extensive, but it’s still very cool. I wish all McDonald’s had learning centers inside, whether it be Dinosaurs, Space Science, Ocean, etc. Brilliant idea, I think. You can also take pictures outside with large dinosaurs!
Way to go Tucson!

I didn’t eat here– but THEY HAVE DINOSAURS!!!
That’s enough reason to go by there. SERIOUSLY!
