i dont usually eat at McDonalds but go there every few months to remind myself why i dont go there anymore. i saw there advertisement for there new buttermilk chicken sandwich which looked very tempting as the chicken looked pretty good sized, moist and nice breading. what i got was a thin piece of dryed out chicken that had as much breading as chicken and was more of a dark brown then the golden brown advertised. if it hadnt been for the soda i got i probably would have choked on the dry chicken thankfully i was able to wash that dry chicken down. now i really have no reason to ever go back there again after this meal and they wonder why there quality of food is going down the drain. if you want a burger with flavor try 5 guys, Whataburger, in n out, Smashburger, even your local bar but for gods sake stay away from MCdonalds your kids will thank you.

Gross food… if you want to die from heart complications, artery blockage, or set yourself up for diabetes feel free to gorge at these restaurants… so many other choices for great burgers than this pink slime, 12 or more cows meat mixed in per burger… french fries dont digest, and plastic in the chicken… absolutely disgusting food…

Always entertaining watching the customers complain and then not accept a new sandwich when offered. Food was to mcds standards just what i wanted.

horrible every time we eat here they always forget something like salt on French fries. Also when ordering my favorite sweat tea it alway tastes old and gross. never happy when coming here.

Super slow. Completely unorganized. They lose orders. Avoid at all costs.
19 minutes for two burritos. Managers were more worried about what they did last night than getting orders out.
They were rude when my wife asked about our order, and they lied about the burritos just coming up.

Night before Thanksgiving and I’ve been busting my butt cooking for the past 2 days in preparation so hubby suggested McDonald’s! Great idea! Last thing I expected was to get TWO COLD Big Macs and a half filled large COLD fries. Seriously? You owe me McDonald’s…

This McDonalds is probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life.
I ordered the big breakfast with sausage, eggs, hash browns, and coffee and biscuit.
I asked the girl at the counter about getting a container of syrup for my meal. The store manager was a guy that looks like Eddie Munster came over and told me as I would have to pay extra to get the syrup.
I’m 65 years old and don’t need to be treated like garbage by a kid at McDonalds !!!
I now go to Burger Kng next door and their senior drinks are only 25 cents and the staff is friendly.
I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO LOWER RATING AVAILABLE !!
By the way, the store manager is called Chris at McDonalds.

The WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I have come here, they forget sauce, food, straws, napkins, or get my order completely wrong. After (very rudely) insisting I wait 3 minutes to order lunch (it was 10:27), I vowed to never come back to this overcrowded McDonalds; the employees definitely could use a refresher course on duties and customer service.

Everyone’s always friendly here but this is the slowest McD’s in Tucson. No matter the time of day — breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, tea, dinner, supper — this place is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW. We skip this place altogether in the mornings if we’re craving a quick breakfast on the way to work. There is nothing quick about their drive-​through, sorry.
Other than that — the food is tasty in a it’s-bad-for-you-but-so-delicious-way. Can’t really review the inside as I’ve never been inside it.
