I’m not even exaggerating when I say this is the worst and slowest McDonald’s in Tucson. Avoid.

I wanted to like this place. The interior was done very nicely, and they had real TV(basketball) on not some canned McD network. However, the wait times are about the worst I’ve ever seen… and I was the only customer in line.

I’ll admit it… I am a bit addicted to McDonald’s french fries… Ok, more than a little addicted. This location is very effectively helping me kick the habit. Every single time I visit this location my potato item is cold and stale. If I go for breakfast, my hash brown is cold and clammy. If I go for lunch or dinner, cold, stiff, nasty french fries is what I get. The sandwiches always seem to be fresh and the drinks are always as I order them, it’s just the potatoes they can’t seem to get right… and I’m a potato kind of girl, so that’s a problem. The service is always acceptable from what I can tell, but I have only gone through the drive-thru. There are only 4 or 5 parking spots at this location, so that makes it kinda difficult unless you feel like trekking from the parking lot way behind the building. Uhh… no thanks for me.

After watching a documentary about Mc Donald’s Corporation(not supersize me) This Mc Donald’s has the worse service I’ve ever experienced. The word fast does not go along with the food. In the morning before 6am on a Wednesday only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru and my wait was 15 minutes. They are either very under staffed or can not multi-task. This establishment is always my last resort. In the 6 years I’ve worked next to Mc Donald’s it has always had the same problem. It’s frustrating and loses my service. It appears upper management doesn’t seem to care since no changes have been made.

Horrible place, went here for breakfast, placed order and waited, waited, waited. Six other people were served and received items before the person who took my order looked at me, with a blank look and asked if I was waiting. Ok I know its Mcky D’s but geez, you just waited on me six minutes ago. She asked what I ordered, again I’m thinking you can’t remember? Produced my receipt, she turned around, picks up my now cold sandwich off the stainless steel counter, places a hash brown in it and hands the bag to me. I asked her if the store was a corporate owned or a franchise. She turns the bag around and points to a 1 – 800 number. I state that this was the worst service ever, she stares back at me blankly. This place is a hell hole, crew members are yelling and laughing, TV is really loud, totally ghetto!
