My experience with these individuals has been miserable to say the least. Their office staff never answers their phones and they don’t return calls. The only way to get a hold of them for anything was to submit emergency maintenance requests.
I called one of their employees to request an extension on my rent one month. She told me not to worry about it, and she would contact the broker and handle it. They charged me 300 dollars in late fees and now are telling me that because I don’t have any proof the conversation ever took place they won’t honor their word. Shame on me for assuming the staff there had any integrity.
I strongly advise anyone thinking about renting from these individuals to reconsider.

I rent a unit at Orange Grove Avilla Preserves which I absolutely love the area, the unit and the staff. I do have one huge concern. I am under the impression the pool is a
«community» pool not a «public» pool. The last 2 weekends have tried to go to the pool for a relaxing day and could not even get near the pool. A few of the residences have
decided to have a party with every relative possible invited. The residences cannot
even use the pool. I pay good rent and would like to use the pool when I choose to without feeling like it is a public pool where everyone and anyone can take it over.
Anything that can be done would greatly appreciated.

After renting with MEB for the past 8 months, we are VERY impressed. We are renting after several years of owning a home and was very nervous about getting help if we needed it. Our property manger, Ms. Andrea Sexton, is polite, professional, and very responsive. If anything needs attention, I am always shocked at how quickly service professionals are contacted and come to fix the problem. Every service person has been polite, on-time, and knowledgeable.
