I have had Mechanical Forced Air taking care of my 30-year-old air conditioner for two years now and I can’t say enough about their good service. I have had other companies come out over the past ten years and I’ve had every story you can imagine: one guy(will not name company) refused to work on my unit just because it’s on the second story and he didn’t feel like climbing the ladder because it was windy, another didn’t even bring a ladder… Mechanical is the only one that has been consistent and reliable — and because I live in Tucson, where temps pass 110 °F, what else do you need but reliable? Friendly, honest techs that know what they are doing. If you are tired of other companies’ bad service, call these guys. I just wish I found them sooner.

Total of 7 trips to the house. I made one trip to purchase something which the tech didn’t have with him. Marc(the tech) wouldn’t have found the clogged evaporator coil had I not suggested he look there. He under charged the system. Neither the owner nor the tech found the duct which was too bent to allow good air flow or found the fan too dirty to allow for good air flow. Neither of them attempted to balance the system so the cold rooms wouldn’t be cold and allow the air to be directed to the warm rooms. The owner over charged the system(gained 2 degrees on the split by removing some coolant). Marc broke the heater vent allowing co2 into the garage when it was operated. He didn’t put enough screws in to reach the level for code. I have adhesive on my new epoxy floor in the garage which I will need to remove. Being it’s an adhesive and my wife has neuropathy in her feet this is a safety issue which I don’t appreciate. My wife pointed this out to the owner and she reports he shrugged it off which is both uncaring about her condition the home we own and disrespectful in whole. The problems with the work were found by another company which was called out to diagnose the problem correctly. Thank you Hamstra!!! This tech was used for this by the company even though he repeatedly fails to install evaporator coils correctly.(As mentioned by owner)
