I’ve been to Quality Clutch with two of my work trucks so far. I’ve found the service outstanding. The work was both of good quality and timely. I will recommend this business to others as well as using them myself again as the need arises. Good work, please keep it up.

This place is the worst! The owner is a cheapskate and a rip-off! I put my vehicle in his shop about 3 months ago… under the impression he could fix the issue with my vehicle. I leave my car and roughly about a week later? I’m told…“hey we didn’t start your car yet… in order to start we need $ 650 up front”, to supposively pay for another company to do some machine work on my heads. A little weary do so… but I tell him fine here’s the $ 650. A week goes by… nothing, 2 weeks… nothing. So the 3rd week I call and oh now we got your heads back but can’t start the rest of the work till we have full payment??? Since when do you pay an auto shop for work upfront? I’ve never had to before… but, Toni the«owner» was a referral, and assured me the job would be done by the end of the week that I pay off the remaining balance…$ 1000.00! So ok beginning of next week. Toni here is your $ 1000.00 dollars. He Was suppose to the start work. but No call for two weeks. again, I had to call and was told oh sorry by the end of this week we barely started two days ago and have only been able to work on it 1 – 2 hours per day because we are now short staffed. Yet he continued working on numerous other vehicles during this entire process, when I was fully paid! So I once again try to be patient. Give him the benefit of the doubt and wait… Now another week or 2 pass, again… no call, email or nothing! So I have to call and now am told well since«I» a.k.a the«owner»…“Toni” can not do the job will put a newer model engine with less miles on it to make up for the issue… fine! So again! I wait two weeks no call or nothing! So I call and have to almost get in a shouting match requesting that my car be the number 1 priority and returned to me by the end of week. Only fair? No? So he agrees end of week comes… no call! All week! So I call and have to wait till right before he closes to pick up my vehicle! Now through all the bs! I was so happy to finally get it back, once again under the impression that it would be in supreme running condition, considering it has a newer model engine with less miles right… WRONG! Not even 2 mins after I pull away and the exact same issues I had but now even worse! Happen… so now my vehicle is parked out front of my house! Immobile! Broken down! Or whatever you want to call it! I call the«owner», «Toni» and I am very rudely told he will refund my money, but not as to when he will refund my money! It’s now two and a half weeks to 3 weeks later! Today he says that I would supposively be able to come by and pick up some money… yeah that’s right«some» money? Not even a full refund and go figure… I have called n called… no answer! Excuse my French but F@#K this place! Don’t waste your time, money or life with this place! I am also reporting them to the BBB!(Better Business Bureau).
