Nails Rap 3

I also had been coming when the shop was owned by Danielle and her husband. It was great. So I decided to try again now that it was under new management. The first time I went the nails were actually good. The last time I went the staff were rude and the service was really bad. I made an appointment and should not have had to wait. Then the man proceeded to rip off 2 of my nails saying they had air pockets and needed to be fully replaced. I noticed within a week that the corners of all my nails had started to curl but especially the 2 new nails. I went to another salon and when the owner took of the gel polish both of the «Brand new» nails had mold covering them.
The last time I went to Nails Rap I noticed that the shop had become dirty and unkempt. The sign that actually should have hung out side was leaning up against the wall, there was nails dust all over and the display case in the front was a mess. I would not trust them to do my nails again or even a pedicure. Don’t waste your good money!

A couple days after my review, four of the nails’ gel started to peel up. I called the salon and they agreed to redo those nails. By the next day, more nails were ruined. They redid all of them and I would possibly give them at least two stars for willing to fix them but since they made it seem like it was my fault the gel nails didn’t last a week, I think I’ll stick to my one star.

I got my nails done here. they were the claw looking nails and he did them so perfect. he was really nice. And he gave me $ 5 off, I definitely am going back

Service was prompt. I called and made an appointment and it was honored. I got a mani pedi with shellac on my nails. The only complaint I have is the water used to soak my nails was given to be cold… but other than that I was very pleased. I would come back.

I have been coming to Nails Rap 3 since 2004, Danielle and her husband David are the two that have worked on my manicures and pedicures. This place is awesome and it’s like going to see family. I’ve watched there little girls grow up there, and now a little son to add to the addition.
I have been to a couple of other nail shops within the past few years only because I needed something right away and it happened to be when their shop was closed (poor timing on my part). Nobody compares to these guys… your nails look the same every time, but it is the customer service that is A+ in my opinion.

Excellent service. I was helped right when I came in for a mani/​pedi. I had Danielle who really took her time on both services, and was very nice. the prices are very reasonable too. It’s a little distance from where I live but I will for sure be making the trip back.

Workers are poilte. They always have a lot of people working so service is quick and thorough. This is my new quick and easy spot for a pedicure. My wife like it too!
