Neat Nail

I’ve been coming to see Kimmy at Neat Nails for almost a year now and as time goes on, I’m continously impressed and amazed with the quality of service I receive! Kimmy is so talented you would swear she was born designing nails! The shop is clean and all of the staff is so friendly and caring. I have presented on numerous occasions, what I felt were very complex nail designs and Kimmy tackled them with no problem! I never ever miss an appointment because I would die if I had to get my nails done elsewhere! I highly recommend Neat Nails to anyone seeking a superb salon experience!

First visit. Very clean, nicely decorated, and relaxing pedicure. I have sensitive toes and this was great with no pain. He even checked his work again before applying polish. I’ll be back and felt this pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in Tucson. Don’t let the outside deter you or the lack of reviews.

Love this place definitely best in town Kimmy and her mom are amazing! As a man is not always fun going to a nail place but they are always welcoming and there coffee is delicious you need to check it out !!!

Great atmosphere to relax! The massage chairs are newer and the salon is clean. The staff is friendly and happy. Great creativity for designs on nails from my experience and what I’ve seen around me while I am there. Worth the extra drive; sweet pricing on manis and pedis that really last!

This place was suggested to me and had rave reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. As this was apart of my Mother’s day gift I booked a pedicure and full set of acrylics. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I really enjoyed the pedicure. And that is where my relaxing day ended. I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times and I can honestly say this was the worst full set of acrylics I have ever received. After she started I began to notice her work was not what I was used to. For one, she applied the acrylic powder on too thick. Second, I noticed a nail was crooked. I asked her to fix it and she said she would when she filed it. She’s a young girl so I guess I was too nice and gave her the benefit of the doubt. But what really ruined it and pissed me off was when she cut my cuticle! She repeatedly apologized but the damage was done. So here I am 2 days later with a swollen thumb and crooked nails. Although I should go back and have them fixed, I really don’t want them touching my nails again and I will NEVER EVER go back. Clearly, I should have booked Kimmy by the reviews she is the only one that is capable of good work. Happy Mother’s Day to me… NOT!

If you want your nails done by a professional, the best customer service (most important to me!), CLEAN, and oh so accommodating… you will want to call Kimmy at Neat Nail. Seriously, this is by far my favorite nail place in Tucson!
I read the one star reviews below from 2011; not sure if Kimmy was the owner of this shop at that time (I think she has had it for two years now), but try it out… you won’t be disappointed!

The new owners of Neat Nail are wonderful. Please do not pay attention to the reviews before April 2014. Kimmy does a wonderful gel manicure. It lasts the full 2 weeks or even 3 if you have a French mani. Wonderful pedicures as well. They even ask you if you would like coffee or water when you walk in! How great is that. They care about great customer service!

Went for a pedicure, and my daughter got a full set. My sitter cancelled last minute so I also took my four year old daughter. We were a walk in. The staff there was sooooo sweet. They gave my little one lollipops, put cartoons on for her, and put little flowers on her finger and toenails for free! They served me iced coffee with whipped cream. My pedicure was really well done and reasonably priced. My daughter loved her full set. We will definitely go back. Staff and experience were great!

I tried this place once, and thankfully found a much better location. Very rough service and unfriendly. I’ve never had a faster pedicure. They were looking to get me out and collect my money. Not the cleanest in the world.
