Sadly, Nifty After Fifty(affiliated with Caremore medicare insurance) is it’s own worst enemy. Altho every client receives a physical evaluation, and staff is well aware of each client’s capabilities, staff DOESNOT schedule appointments with any consideration in that regard. Thus, the able bodied and the infirm are scheduled at these small facilities(particularly the Speedway location in Tucson) at the same time. No one follows the progression through the machines, the more able are held up waiting for the less able, and the less abled feel«pushed» by those who can work at a faster pace. WHYCAN’T THEYSCHEDULEPEOPLEBASEDONTHEIRABILITY?!! There are enough hours in the day and days in the week to accommodate everyone. After over a year of frustration I GIVEUP! It’s not worth the aggravation. I tried talking to CAREMORE’S customer service department about this but YOUCAN’T EVERGETINTOUCHWITH A REPRESENTATIVE! Forget this sinking ship and go with another gym/insurance plan or pay to go to a regular gym.
