Signed up, paid money, tried to pick up soccer uniform. My many calls were never returned, only one email was answered, and it always said «staff,» no name. I don’t think this org exists — just a website that takes money.

I wish I could give zero stars. I just had the worst experience with the Coordinator Brandy Marshall. You’d think that a woman who works in a «Youth Sports» company would act better than that. I’ve never dealt with anyone more rude, unprofessional and just a complete B****! After signing up my daughter for Cheer ages 12 – 15, as the registration form says, I go to the parents meeting and discover that we’re sitting at a table with parents of 6 and 7 year olds. I tell Brandy Marshall that there’s a mistake and she tells me in a condescending rude tone, «I don’t separate cheer by age, I separate by zip code.» When I ask for a refund, she tells me that they don’t give refunds and that I can choose a different sport or get a credit for next season. She also explained to me that they won’t give a refund because they have available what we’re asking for. I could not believe how rude she was! So I go to talk to my daughter, who’s already upset, I make a phone call, go back to speak to Brandy Marshall again, and witness her being completely rude to another parent who was put on a Southwest Side Team, when they live in Rita Ranch on the Eastside. She was huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, when the dad was completely calm, he asked something about a zip code, and she replied, «No I don’t know the zip code. What? You think I’m supposed to memorize all 1,000 zip codes?» I walk up to her and she asks me what I want to do and I said that I’d like a refund because they don’t have what we signed up for. She says nothing to me but huffs, walks up to the girl at the lap top and rudely gives her instructions on how to apply a refund to my registration. I ask if I can get an email with a confirmation of the refund and she tells me no, that the accounting department handles all of that. I ask her if I could have the number to the accounting department and she says, again rudely, «I’m not going to give to you the number to our accounting.» I ask her how am I supposed to know that the refund was applied and she turns the laptop around and points to the screen and says, «The refund was applied, that’s what the four 9s mean.» She adds that I’ll get a check in the mail in about 6 weeks. By this point, my blood was boiling, I ask her for her name, she tells me, «Brandy.» I say, «Brandy – .» She says, «Marshall.» I say, «So you do give refunds.» She says that they don’t but she’s not going to argue with me. I walk away and say that she is so f****** rude!” Of course she has to have the last word, she says, «Nice language!» Ugh! I can not believe what a disrespectful, rude, condescending, unprofessional, arrogant, «Coordinator» she is. National Youth Sports should fire this woman. I will NEVER sign up for NYS again, so unorganized, basically lies on the registration form, so unprofessional, the coordinator is a royal B****. Find a REAL sports league, not one where parents have to volunteer to coach. NYS, USA Sports, SYS, they’re all incompetent. Pay a little more money for real professionalism. But especially NYS, and the unbelievably rude Coordinator Brandy Marshall, believe me, you will regret it if you do.
