One of my favorite places in Tucson! Love the pizzas and salads. Always our go to for family celebrations.

I tend to forget about this place when searching for a place to eat in midtown Tucson. It’s probably been about 4 years since I have been here. The pepperoni pan has a flaky crust witch I found tasty. All Kale Caesar salad was delicious. Alow yourself plenty of time as waits for a table can be long however you can pre-order your pizza while waiting for a table. This is a good place for pizza when your friends from the east side don’t want to drive downtown for some of the best stuff in Tucson.

I love this place… food is always delish… staff is always great. I always get my food to go because the place is always super packed… but I guess that’s a good thing… packed restaurant means great food. I got Lady is Scampi, Alfredo The Dark. El Diablo Shrimp Pasta… all are amazing. I would probably add more sauce to it… but you can’t go wrong with any of these dishes… I wish they would open one on the Southside…

Guca Tony… This is one of our favorite appetizers they have! Large enough for 4 – 5 people easily! Love the variety of sandwiches we split the meatball sandwich and still took a third of it home. The coleslaw was a tasty treat as well.

Love their pizza or their willingness to go along with my dire plea for my crazy pizza with pine nuts, jalapeño and pine apple !

Today I tried the golden wings. They were ok. The sauce was rather good. My wife had a wonderful salad. In fact, we could’ve feed all of Tucson off the portion they gave her. I was disappointed with the Salted Carmel Cookie and ice cream. It was a little underbaked. I informed the waitress. She took it and put it back into the oven. I’m not certain if that was the correct thing to do. Here are some pictures of the before and after my cookie adventure. This has only been the worst experience I have had in my nine visits. Man, I really wanted a great dessert. Regardless, I’d encourage you to check out this great Tucson jewel. I’m a little bias since it’s one of my favorite places. Update: I can’t post the pictures of my meal.

We’ve been coming here since I moved here. 4 years ago. My fiancé has lived here his whole life and loves it here. In the last year we’ve noticed some changes that caused a 3 star instead of a 5 star. Customer service is rushed, still nice, but without the smile and awesome customer service we’d expect. Our pizza accidentally got burned, they offered an appetizer while we waited, complimentary of course. THANKYOU! When the pizza came, and our Alfredo the dark, it was all tasty and delicious… but 2 things though that caused 3 stars instead of 5. The Alfredo was not as thick, cheesy, and WOW factor it is. Our amazing bartender David helped out explaining that it was still really hot and that when it cools it will thicken. I understood this because I’ve made sauces myself. But I noticed that they didn’t offer the parmesan cheese on either dish when they arrived and that made a big difference. We didn’t recognize anybody that we usually see either, really sad. David was wonderful though and totally made up for everything and we will be back. Thank you!

I’m reviewing this from a lunch — spot point of view. I don’t see it as a place I’d pick for dinner. I used to go here for lunch all the time with a group of friends from work. They changed the menu around and now, for me, it’s just too over priced for lunch. The major change was that they used to offer a half sandwich option. The sandwiches were pretty good — good crusty bread, nice flavors, and a side of tasty fries. Paired with a drink and tip and it was reasonable. Now they only offer a full sized sandwich and that pushes the price over $ 15. That would be ok every now and again, but it’s just a waste. The half sandwich was more than enough and the full sized is big enough for 2 people. If your going with your wife or something, splitting would be fine, but I’m not splitting food with my slobby friends. There are certinaly other options though. The mini stuffed pizzas are good, but I can’t imagine a less healthy lunch option. I’m not a granola type at all, but this seems even worse for you than a wings and fries lunch. I’ve heard the salads are good, if you’re into that sort of thing. They have a good deal with the heck of a slice. I’d be all over it, but the few times I’ve tried it I didn’t like their pizza at all; way too salty. Salty to the point where I thought there must have been a mistake. Plenty of people seem to like it though. They do give you a huge to-go drink, but at $ 3 they should. The service was always great. The wait staff was always friendly and attentive and never seemed to mind splitting a check or making changes to an order. So all said, the food is ok and the service is great, but I find it needlessly over priced.

I could come here every week. Their pasta is so delicious and pretty well priced too. Their garlic bread is some of the best! However I don’t recommend the Brussels sprouts, a little under seasoned

This place is awesome. Their salads are huge, the Numero Uno pizza was amazing and the double fried 50⁄50 hot n gold wings were to die for. All chowed down with a nice cold Stella!

This is one of the better Italian restaurants in Tucson. They put a southwestern twist on classic dishes for a truly awesome experience. I have had multiple dishes from here and they are all great but the Big Rig Pasta is easily my favorite. It usually takes forever to get a seat of you come during anything that you could consider a peak hour, so set some time aside, or arrive at an odd time. Enjoy!

So, i brought a party of 8 to Oreganos tonight. Long story short, My entrée was completely forgotten. I guess the server would have known that if he took the time to check on us and clear out the pyramid of appetizer plates. I guess their apology and the removal of the forgotten entrée from my bill was a good enough gesture to them. Great food… lousy service.

The real deal when it comes to the chicago style pizza, wow its delicious and some. The pan style is just perfect, the bread melts in your mouth and the ingredients are top notch and flavorful. They sat us in a booth so the seating is kind of uncomfortable if you have 2 tall dudes sitting across from each other, but I didn’t go to lounge i went to eat some good pizza and boy did they deliver.

The food is awesome. We really like the pasta sauce, and the lunch pizza slices are a really good deal– tasty, too. Our kids enjoy going here a lot, as they get good food and something to do to occupy their time.(We’ll admit that we adults enjoy playing with the dough just as much as the kids.) The one thing about this location, as opposed to the one up in Oro Valley, is that the seating could be better. My wife has limitations that keep her from being comfortable with the bar stools or plastic patio chairs. They could stand to replace the high tables with some lower tables and better chairs.

Although my wife and I like Oreganos and go often our experience in Tucson did not start off good. We have been waiting over 30 minutes for a thin crust pizza… pizza ovens these days should be able to cook a regular crust pizza in 15 – 20 minutes… have ordered the same pizza in other Oreganos and took 15 – 20 minutes… max and they are not that busy… Where is management??? I giving them 2 stars for service and not the food!

Why does this place call their current and former staff oregahoes and oregabros? Why is this allowed and still continues to happen?

This place is really good, got here late evening, Saturday night and able to snag a table. They appeared very busy yet our server was right there to ask about drink orders and apps. The décor appears retro 30 to 40’s, old record covers decoupaged into the tables, old black and white TV box showing old Bing Crobsy flicks, all seats appear busy including the bar. Nice selections of beers, both bottle and on tap, domestic including some local. List of bar drinks include chocolate martini. And the wine list is eclectic. They have pasta and pizza, sandwiches and salads. They have«bar» food, cheesy bread, wings and calamari. I got a sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, smothered in cheese, sweet potato fries, cold slaw and a pickle. It was served on a soft bagget and toasted, a good sandwich. My husband got the meat ball sandwich with waffle fries and slaw, I got his pickle! We shared a 12 inch pizza, «clark» with lots of meat. Thin crusted, soft bottom but not soggy, had crispy edges. It was good. Service was good but could have been a tad bit faster, but she was busy and very attentive when we could get her at the table!

My biggest issue here was the time it took to get my pizza. Arrived towards the end of lunch rush and waited well over 30 min for a thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was fine, but I was already frustrated at the wait, so at that point…

Love this place have to get my fix when coming to AZ. Flat pies yum, good beer on tap. Warm chicken Caesar salad(always crunchy romain hearts) and home made garlic croutons… Its a huge salad so best to share if youre having a pie too! Love that they take their food serious but not life… I would have taken pix of my warm caesar but ate it all before thinking about it. Do go and yes there will likely be a line. Its worth it! Minus 1star sorry… the ladies bathroom needs some major updating… That tile sink and floor look and smell pretty wrecked.
