If I could I would give this Pak Mail a «zero» for service. When I first went to your store to pack and ship a framed item your employee identified that all such items needed to be double boxed to ship safely. He was very thorough in showing me the packing and boxes used to accomplish this. I agreed with him on the system and had the item boxed in the first box and weighed with all supplies included to allow me to identify on E-Bay the costs that would be involved to pack/ship the item. Upon selling the item I again took it to your store to insert into the second box for shipment. Your employee stated it would be a little while for them to get to the boxing so I decided to do some other shopping and return. Upon returning I discovered the existing box had been placed into a VERY large box and heavily packed! Now the item was deemed«oversize» and could not be shipped via USPS without extra costs! Upon trying to explain the«change» of packing system your employee told me they HAD to pack it this way to «avoid breakage». I identified the original box(much smaller in size) that it was supposed to be «double boxed» in and was told that box was«incorrect» due to «restrictions» by the shipper! WRONG! The first system of two boxes with bubble wrap would have been more than sufficient to ship this item! I had even identified the original double box sizes and weights to USPS and they quoted a shipping without any«oversize» charges! We decided to unpack the item and just risk shipping in one box to avoid an additional $ 50 in shipping charges! I threw your«repacked» second box and other packing items in the trash! I am now out the additional $ 25 for the second box & packing just to get the item shipped to the new owner at the original«quoted» USPS price. It appears that your employees are«over-packing» to increase«extra» costs for both your store and the shippers
