I took a fed ex package there by mistake but the employee didn’t say anything and accepted it. Now that my package is lost the owner of this store won’t take any responsibility for my lost package. Had the employee simply told me I was in the wrong store I would have avoided this completely. They have reviews for terrible service on google too. I wish I would have checked. Really just go somewhere else.

The service here isn’t very good and prices are high. It’s okay if you are doing something last minute that has to get out and other places are closed. Also, know you don’t have to ship UPS. They also can do priority mail shipping. But they won’t say that unless you ask.

They’re ok if you just need a p.o. box, but for package receiving and delivery, they aren’t great. They have lost at least two packages of mine that were confirmed as delivered to the location. I suspect that they might have an employee problem. Although they offered to compensate me for the lost items, it is not reassuring to think that an important package could come via UPS, only to disappear at the UPS store.
