Every time I come here, they screw up my order, the wait is way to long in drive thru and they seem to never have drinks for the kids meal. My two year old doesn’t want Gatorade for a drink

Went on a Sunday around 8pm. Wasn’t very busy but still took the 10 or so employees 20 minutes to get through 3 people. Had to wait for entre to be cooked since they ran out. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for the spring rolls to be cooked since those were out. No apologies for the wait, just rudeness.

Close to my house so I eat here probably about two times a month. There is always a long wait even when no one is in line. The staff is nice. I prefer to go inside so I can see the food because sometimes it’s dry and has been sitting up for a while

I love Panda Express, but this location is horrible! They constantly mix up my order and once I even got raw chicken! This last time I went through the drive-​thru and I was charged for somebody else’s order! They refunded me in cash and then still charged me for my meal! When I got my meal they forgot to give me half of my order. Finally I had everything and went to work to eat my meal only to notice that I got the white rice instead of brown and my bowl was only half full with about 3 pieces of chicken. If this place wasn’t right next to my work I would never visit it again!

It’s so annoying, we have eaten here 6 times in the last 6 months and every time they are out of potstickers! It’s 5 pm and you’re out already? How does this happen. Over and over. I’m done panda but not until I call the mgr. Tomorrow..

Showed up at 10:25pm, posted closing time said 10:30pm. Staff completely ignored us pulling up to the drive thru speaker, and all of them hid when we pulled up to the glass to ask of they would still serve us. Horrible customer service closing before actual closing time.

This is the worst one in Tucson, everytime I go to get the grilled teriyaki chicken they say they do not have any or there cook didn’t show up so they can’t make it.

Chinese on the go! This Panda has a drive thru, which is a plus. Make sure you ask for soy sauce if you need it because sometimes they forget. I like this location because it is always clean and if there is a line it goes pretty fast.
Orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp is very good.

Upon my latest visit, food was good and everything. But man, the tables were nasty and dirty. Floors covered in spills and food. There was about 4 – 5 on staff and nobody in the drive-​thru and no customers except a few eating already. The staff walked by and wasn’t cleaning it up. Was really gross. I will think about taking it to go next time. I don’t worry so much about the quality of the food, but yuck to the eating area.

Great service, as soon as I walked in a storm of people walked in at the same time (this usually happens to me) The manager was so helpful and polite even though he was stressed. The food was hot and fresh tasting compared to lets say the one in the mall.

I have been impressed recently by this Panda Express and others. Their food is very consistent. Always hot and they are continually making new and replacing the old on the line. If you want good consistent chinese food fast– go here. It might not be as tasty as some other places, but they even have a drive thru. They also gladly give samples if you aren’t sure if you will like a certain dish. Can be on the expensive side though– more than 10 dollars with any 2 with rice/​noodles and a drink.
