Total crap. Just the audacity to see and then serve burnt rice as if it was nothing to have any concern about. Same with my chicken being rubbery and the onions were shriveled flimsy pieces that had no taste or resemblance of onions. Some kind of disconnect exists between I see burnt and clearly unappealing food but I’m going to serve it anyway. Straight chucked it into the trash and bought dinner again somewhere else.

The food isn’t anything special, pretty typical to every other panda. I know a lot of people love it but I just don’t really know what the huge appeal is about chicken with different sauces sitting out all day! Whenever I go to a panda the Orange Chicken is always kept fresh since it’s ordered so much but the other ones sit out in a heat bowl until it’s all been used and more needs to be made. Um ew. Scary haha. Some of the other locations have cashiers harder to understand since ironically most of them speak Spanish at Panda Express haha, but this location seems to have people who mainly speak English. I don’t really like panda, but this location has friendly workers and the food tends to look more fresh!

Last time I ate here I got food poisoning for 6 days one of the worst I have gotten in my life… I knew I shouldn’t have ate the food that looks like it’s been there all day… I know for sure I have gotten it here because I haven’t ate anything for over 36 hours

I used to come here about once a week or so when I worked at the Party America that has since closed down in the Foothills Mall. The little Asian women who were working there at the time(and they still do since I’ve been back to that mall) were very friendly and got things done quickly. They recognized you and would remember your order. They also asked YOU if you wanted the mall discount(provided you were wearing a nametag or some other obvious sign you were an employee there). There were a couple of other people who worked there who weren’t nearly as nice or quick and one of them waited til’ a day when the other ladies weren’t there to tell me they don’t even do a mall discount. Knowing that she was lying, I reminded her that she herself had given me one the week before(coincidently when the little Asian ladies were there). As for the food itself, its pretty standard mall-Chinese food. Nothing awesome, but I used to get the kung pao chicken and broccoli beef each time. Everyone said their orange chicken was good, but I just thought it was decent.
