Papa John’s Pizza

I love Papa John’s but refuse to ever go back to this location. This review is a little late because my experience is from May 21 but people should know that customer service at this location is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. The pizza we received was made poorly also. The crust was uneven… very thin on one side and thick on the other. It was dry and overcooked. The toppings were pretty much in one spot. I didn’t even bother calling back to complain about the pizza because of how rude the manager was when I called just after placing my order to question the price. He was argumentative and unprofessional. I was extremely nice and simply asked the difference in pricing between placing an online order vs placing an order over the phone. Spend your money somewhere else!

I love Papa John’s pizza! I love the dough, the sauce, the toppings and when I ask for double bacon I’m in heaven! I have ordered over the phone on busy days and they have dropped the ball on getting it right but they were apologetic and of course offered us another pizza free to make up for it — since then I learned that if you order through the mobile app you earn points per order and now order through the app and they always get it right:) I have also earned a few free pizzas in less than a year :) I love their early week mania deals since that’s normally when we order. Oh and my fave extra side is there breadsticks! Love love love them I have to hide them from the rest of the family or they go instantly… Haha:)

The only reason I come to Papa John’s is to get the Hawaiian Chicken Bacon Pizza. If you haven’t tried, you don’t know what you are missing. FYI it does come with a BBQ sauce instead of your traditional marinara or white sauce. MUST TRY!

I love this neighborhood Papa John’s.
Sure, the staff can be a bit stressed at times and occasionally mix up the order. But, overall, decent and very quick service. And they are prone to give you extras on the side if you want or need.
