I must update to say this apartment complex has gone so trashy and ghetto it is frightening. The turn over rate of staff is amazing, there is a new face in the office often. Not surprising. The staff are nearly useless in dealing with incidents taking place at this complex. Countless calls to police to report neighbors having fights (and breaking a window) at 2 and 3 AM in the morning on a regular basis, and staff seem to ignore our complaints and actually blame us for not doing their work such as getting police reports. Huh? This place is home to a lot of trashy people with shady lifestyles. I’ve seen two broken windows within a month in the complex, doors broken into, and loud obnoxious neighbors at all hours in the parking lot and heard through the walls yelling and jamming music.
But you get what you pay for, and you pay very little. Avoid. Avoid avoid avoid!
